I love Maan Singh Khuran...but today he disappointment me even if it was for only a split second. MSK...the man of our dreams turned out to be JUST AN ORDINARY GUY....for those few seconds when he said to Geet that "Muje toh laga that ke tum sirf meri ho" Retepspectively......all that HURT and PAIN that Maan was in was for one reason ONLY...that he was not the FIRST and ONLY man to be with Geet.......? The thing that bothers me is that he said this to her.....verbally...out loud..... It was enough that he thought it...and felt it...but it killed me that hew said it to her.....and I applaud Geet...for her reaction to these words....I loved that she showed him the DOOR.......and then Walked out herself..........Love you GEET!!!

i will put my comments by quoting Nargis......

there is no crack in the mirror as i see things...you remember in our last thread i said ...dialogues/words on face value if taken are void of meaning...you have to take into account the emotion involved first
for me there are two views of this line too....dint she say that when the match was fixed she gave her heart to the man..coz she trusted her parents....
we are not given much insights into Sameera still..so i can assume she is his first love and he hoped against hope that for her he is same......

but as i see we are dealing with the other interpretation of the line...if thats so what they want to give us then
....i'm disappointed big time...shattered , not by Maan but by the creatives
they dented on a perfect wall for no good reason...if there is then i fail to see......

i felt that line totally out of place when his whole character graph till date is taken into account....
one guy who without being asked readily decides to be with her through this phase of her life where even her own parents deserted her.....
he never for one moment even to himself call her as tainted or attacked her character.....
now after knowing that she was wronged can a man like Maan ever - ever voice this line...NO!

was this all he wanted of her...from her...
was that all he went after ...risking his own life..
now ready to risk his name, his family's name.....

that one line it might have been the need for the story to move on..or to show women power...sorry but thats what general viewers, who are but women want to see....

but its not fair from the character's point .....
this does remind me of a line i read....
'your death saved me.'
