Hi Anvi: Absolutely! He knows subconsciously as HE has repeatedly said he can read the things from her eyes and he has read her deep seated pain. Don't you think this man has read her pain and torture. He has to seal himself from hurting her more before he listens to the truth.

I love this part. I was afraid they would make it look like it was out of pity, but they did a good job and I could see the underlying message.

Nope! It happens when you are pregnant or otherwise to have dizzy spells that come and go. She could also be having low BP and some other complication.

We will know only in future. She has taken a lot of stress and trauma since the time she conceived and has not seen a DOCTOR at all.

That track will be revealed later I am supposing. And mental stress is more psychologically straining.

She has taken a lot of stress and strain. SHE is NOT FAKING! Please!

bDgT - I agree, she is not faking it. She thought that she would finally be happy, but then it all blew up in her face. So she really has a lot of stress. Plus how much can she take? Maan is the only person she has and now his behavior is taking a toll on her.

Take the summary of events:

1) She has been under severe trauma, shock, strain at HP when she knew of the cheating
2) She has been in life threatening situations THRICE
3) She has been locked up and tortured mentally/psychologically
4) She has been stressed out/strained in Hoshiarpur,. Delhi, at the office
5) Maan ill-treated her and manhandled her so much at the outhouse on that big blowout day
6) She had been running like a virago behind Maan in the Dargah scene and in the rain scene today
7) She had been angry, depressed, psychologically under severe strain for her job, her baby, herself, Maan, her relationship with MAAN, the justice against the culprits
8) She had been not taking care of herself all that well
9) She had an UTTER SHOCK and is UNDER SEVERE TRAUMA that MAAN TOO MIGHT LEAVE her

Even for a normal person it is tough to handle so much in the span of WHAT 2-3 months, how can she with her youth, and lack of exposure to the world, lack of ANY SUPPORT SYSTEM and the one support SHE GOT after so many trials and tribulations is GOING TO GO AWAY too? If it were me in her shoes, I would be in intensive care.
