Looks like Cv busy with Labor Day Barbecue, so decided to give us time pass filler.

The Inconsistent and consistent MSK:

I fail to understand MK today, half the time he was not MK. He was the one who has announced to staff that geet is his fiance then what was that anger towards geet, when saasha has brought flower??? Agree he does not like party, celebration etc, but why ask geet to clean up and not staff??? One can argue that it's his possessiveness over geet coz he feels he has full authority over her, but then what is the need to be so rude to her?? It was not her fault she did not arrange the party???

Yes but he has maintained his consistency at the beginning by complimenting her for dress, (though it was looking like fungus growing on the bed of algae), smiling at her for flower, noticing her while walking with adi, praising for coffee,

But later slowly he composed himself and kisses her hand ( even though it was nt genuine but to prevent ring fiasco), calling her sweetheart as an excuse to get away from crowd, that was not so MK

Once he is back in office maneet starts fighting again, I did not get MK why was he yelling at geet again?? Was he frustrated with him self, was he thinking he should have not told staff, was he thinking that the drama of fiance went too far?? Was he worried about geet getting hurt again?? 😕

Maneet chemistry still good

Entire episode Maneet chemistry was awesome, The way geet signals him no to go to jewel, he signs her to cut the cake, geet's shocked face when he kisses her, she freaks out in in his cabin how can he calls her swwet heart and kisses her ( geet does not know she indeed is his sweet heart ), he telling her coffee is good, asking her not to call sir but MK for the sake of daadi. All were nice.

Super flop Kuch toh hua hai ( so tru CV ko pakka kuch toh hua hai)

The song execution was very poor, including flower choice. When geet picked up flower I was like subah ki raat hojaayegi aur tu petal hi todti rah jaayegi 😆😉for he cares me or not. How come geet takes flower in public all watching her flicking petal and no one notices. I did not even like staff chasing them, I mean I agree these kinda things happen in office, but whole song sequence could have been presented very well and different way. On the contrary out house scene and her self talk regarding her living life, moving on with her life, be happy attitude was good.

Do dil toote do dil haare:

Saasha was at her best today in portraying her frustration, loosing MK forever, her disappointment, her sadness, but pretending happy, all all were good. She even smiled for a moment when saw MK hold geet's hand , but then she was devastated again seeing him kiising geet's hand ( probably thinking ki kaash yeh haath mera hota)🤣 saasha was in same boat

Daadi rock

We all know daadi rocks. MK ki shaadi karvaa ke hi rahegi. 😆 She makes sure that MK does not play game with her. She does not leave single stone unturned to let MK escape from his word. But same time I feel for geet that she is stuck between Mk-daadi, poor gal has become tennis ball between two.😭

Donkey dev ki Dhenchu

The less I say better for us. Donkey dev is now scared of MK. He has no idea how much MK knows about geet and him as she has worked for MK. I guess dev does not have guilt but wants to get clear,justify his side, so MK does not kick him out, but same time he is not sure even if he tells him how he will react, so he tests daadi. She also directly asks him what did you do??? Suggests him to tell the truth and accept the mistake. But dev has committed crime. I would not call it mistake,😡 so KUCH GUNAAFO KI MAAFI NAHI HOTI. This is one of it.

Labor day Blooper:

1: how come by the time Maneet reach at office, all arrangements were made for celebration, daadi even got ring in the cake???????

2: Daadi told MK to introduce geet to his bro, then why not she remember to call dev at office??? (we all know the reason😆)

3: Last time when Taasha came to Mk's office and he hug geet, Mk told taasha to tell saasha I am not lying, suddenly we hear saasha back from London

4: where is NT????? Does not Mk ask her to come to office next morning?

Let me start with the episode analysis….

He loves me, he loves me not

The flower plucking scene though clich was handled quite well. Young girl in love does silly things to check her lover's feeling and Geet too is doing the same. All her 'he cares for me, he cares for me not' were related to reactions he gives to each of her actions. Geet here is testing him by purposely doing things she knows would irk him. His reactions to all her actions are giving her the indication that he really cares for her. She checks whether he notices her when she is just around, his reaction to 2 cubes of sugar in coffee knowing very well that he likes just a single cube, his reaction to roses knowing that earlier he has yelled at her for getting roses. All this was done by her deliberately to check have Maan's reactions changed towards her? I liked the way it was executed… she now knows that yes he does care for her and that she is special. Liked that even though Maan was softer with her, he remained in his character… the smile, his approval of the flowers all stayed in Maan's character. His complimenting her on her dress also was in Maan's character. Maan asking her to call him Maan was justified. After the HP fight, Maan definitely wants her to call him Maan as he knows that she too feels for him but cant yet tell her that and hence the lame daadi maa excuse to make her call him Maan. Well I didn't like one thing here – Geet is Maan's fiancee, so what if she is a fake fiancee… he should have dropped her home. He just asked her why she hasn't gone home yet but didn't say – Chalo, ghar chalte hain…. The scene ended with Geet looking happy with realization that Maan really cared about her.

People who are disappointed that this was a kiddish way of finding out whether maan likes her or not..think again… she isnt just plugging petals… with every petal out she is indulging in some acts which she knows will irk Maan and gauging his reactions. He cares for her or not is coming from his reactions so I say the scene was well executed. Maan is not really happy with her antics but he is slowly learning to accept her perspective and wants to genuinely make her happy and hence though he tells her he still takes just one cube of sugar in coffee, he doesn't yell at her for putting in 2 cubes. Even for the flowers, though he did not like it much, he controls his anger and approves her getting flowers for him. Maan is changing but it is only for Geet and infront of Geet alone.

Its not the engagement ring time yet

Daadi's complaining that Maan –Geet havent announced their engagement to the world and Maan hasn't introduced Geet yet to the family is very valid. She is happy for Maan wants all to know that Maan is finally taken. Her bringing up the club and the ring issue is a problem to Geet not Maan. For Maan the engagement is for real from his heart but he knows its fake for Geet and hence all his actions are based on Geet's reactions. Well if you are wondering after deciding at night that Geet will smile and live life now, why is she suddenly gone awkward…. People think about it… when you are in love … u smile to yourself, feel happy about it. But in front of people you wouldn't want to show it as you havent yet expressed your feelings to the one you love. In Geet's case, in addition to expressing her feelings there is a big baggage from the past which is unknown to Maan so how can she be comfortable with announcement about this engagement which is fake to all? She has realised that Maan cares for her and he has said that his life is incomplete without her…he is habituated to her being in his life now…. So she feels she would be cheating Maan if she accepts the ring and meets his social circle as when her past will be revealed to him he might not want to accept her and she will be heart broken by rejection and also feel hurt for Maan as he will been seen as someone with a broken engagement in the social circle. Geet is aware of all this and hence does not want the Ho- Holla before past revelation and confession.

All Maan's actions when Daadi spoke about club and engagement ring were to protect Geet from the embarrassment.

Celebration at Office

Daadi getting a party arranged at office to congratulate the couple - well I think this was an effort on Daadi's end to gauge whether Maan and Geet are really into a relationship or not. Daadi seems to understand there is some reluctance on part of Maan to introduce Geet to his family and social circle so to test them, she arranges the office party. Daadi doesn't know the Maan has announced that Geet is his fiancee in office.

Maan and Geet were really happy that they wouldn't have to act too much in office but on arrival seeing the decorations Maan's anger is back as he is worried about Geet's comfort. We have the old MSK back in action when the matter related to others' behaviors. Well CVs and Nissar what were you trying to create? A College Valentine day atmosphere? Please understand that an engagement party in office could have been made very sophisticated yet romantic. The whole dcor was just toooo OTT. People are questioning Maan's asking Geet to get all that dcor off and getting angry at her. But I have my two cents here – Maan knows he will erupt like a volcano if he spoke to the office staff and guess does not want to create that scene and embarrass or hurt Geet by that. Moreover he wants Geet to get out of that place as he is seeing her discomfort. So the best way to get her out of that place is get her to get the decoration off.

MSK can never be forced by anyone … not even Daadi… he could have very well said no to that office party and walked off… but he obliged by staying there as he knew if he walked off, people would fin dhis engagement fishy and would end up insulting Geet… so for Geet's sake he stays behind for the celebration.

When Daadi asks both of them to cut the cake together, Maan's expressions were awesome. He knows Geet is not comfortable with all this. His expressions to her were pleading him to forgive him… he was saying – I'm so sorry that you are having to go through all this but please give your approval. Gurmeet u rocked in that scene. Drashti – awesome depiction of Geet's discomfort. Geet feeding such a big piece to Maan… well I understood the reason was the ring but still such a big piece? Geet calls him dusht danav and all fine, but he really aint a danav.. so a small piece cud well have done this job. Maan realising that he cant put geet through further discomfort with this ring was very nice. To save Geet for further embarrassment he fakes a kiss on her hand leaving Geet shocked and Daadi and gang happy. Loved sasha's expressions here. Had been missing her for sometime now. Thanks you CVs for getting her back. Adi and Pinky are the only 2 people other than Daadi who are genuinely happy about Maan-Geet engagement. OK CVs I don't know why MSK cant eat the cake but instead of that fake kiss on Geet's hand, the scene could have been used to increase the intensity between the two by making Maan lick a bit of cake from Geet's fingers and say that's it am done with the cake…. That wud hv been an awwww scene. The fake kiss diluted the whole impact.

Next calling Geet Sweetheart – was that necessary? I don't think so. MSK could have just said daadi now can you excuse us, we need to speak in private…chale geet… that's would have been enough. Sweetheart in public sounded lame as it came from MSK… not his character.

Well am very angry – the scene in the cabin where Geet and Maan are alone could have been handled so well but it was messed up big time. Maan could have used that time to say sorry to Geet for making her go through the whole drama but no… CVs had to show a stupid fight. Nissar this is not expected of you. Instead of Maan yelling at Geet that go and wash your face, you could have shown some understanding between them and Maan saying sorry for all the discomfort she had to deal with and wiping off the cake from her face… that would have made an impact.

Precap –

I don't want to talk much about it as generally it is misleading. But my sense is that seeing the fight post the cake scene, daadi will sense that there is something fishy here and will question Maan about it. Maan wants to tell daadi that he isnt faking it but is confused how to say that as Geet is near by and he doesn't want to say that infront of her as he is yet to pop the question to her.

Truth about the past unfolds

We are nearing the confession time and I have some tips – Please make sure that you don't show Maan all maahan and accepting Geet with her past immediately. He too is human and is bound to feel hurt that his dreams came down crashing in a minute. He needs to think about his feelings and accept his love for Geet despite her past and this has to be a well thought out yet a reply from his heart. It would help if we get to see Maan's self talks here.

Overall the episode was average but yet not a filler episode as the story moved ahead. The office part scene and post that will prompt daadi's question and that will push Maan to pop the question to Geet. Seeing the intensity in Maan's actions and eyes will make Geet blurt out about her past. So today's scene moved the story towards the truth revelation. But Nissar and CVs don't be very happy that I didnt call it a filler episode. Hear what I have to say… am still not done.

Execution of the office party scene was bad. One day you guys amaze me with your awesome execution skills and the next day you actually disappoint me so much with your execution that I am shocked. How can you guys be at extremes? Remember this is an office.. not a college valentine day function. You kept Geet and Maan in character but the office atmosphere went for a toss. You need to balance all acts. Also two very good intense scene opportunities were wasted - the cake feeding and subsequent fake kiss on the hand and the office cabin scenes.

All in all I would rate today's episode at 6.5/10. Today am not rating the actors as the rating for the episode is low not because of them. Gurmeet and Drashti played their part well.

i lkd it....geet ws behavin her age...which is nt wrong....only coz she hs gone thru a lot at sucha young age....doesnt tk away dat right frm her....its jus dt me din lk d song..😕..bt nyway..😃...

d petal symbolism yes..👏👏👏...she ws actually tryin 2 rectify whethr shez special or nt.....or hs she succeeded in mkin a special place in his heart.....n wat best way dn too cross chk it by all dt has bn done b4...jus 2 c if it gets similar reaction....
