Just a random thought that came to me....do you think that when Maan finds out the truth about Geet he'll blame himself....because if he didn't kick Dev out of the house for those 2 months him and NT would of never have met Geet and did all the injustice to her and she'd never be pregnant?....

I guess he would blame himself partly.....but I think he'll also lay the blame on Geet's family for not checking out the prospective groom.....that's a very common thing in India....especially when the guy's an NRI and no one really knows who he is or what his background is.

Geet too challenged her grandfather once on this issue saying that had they done their duty properly, she wouldn't have been in this situation.

But Dev is a grown-up and should have had the same values as Maan as their upbringing is the same....so I think, in the long run, he's going to lay the blame at Dev's door.

I remember a convo between Maan and Dev after the latter returns from Canada....Maan tells Dev that he hopes Dev hasn't done anything unforgievable in the past two months he was way, that if he has, then that's it for him.

Another one between Maan and Geet where he tells her he can't stand anyone insulting her and that he never will allow anyone to do it.....these are indications that Dev/NT's goose is going to be cooked.

Agreed. He might take the blame partly. But most of the blame will fall on geets family and dev and NT. He might misunderstand the situation and blame geet for few days but at the end, when he knows the whole truth and thinks things through, its gotta be her family, dev and NT.

Dev never had nor will he ever have any right on the baby....it's Geet's baby and any decision she makes for her child is all 100% her's!

I agree with you . Despite his harsh exterior,Maan is just and fair. He will hold Dev responsible (NT too) for the misery that Geet finds herself in. But, what will the state of Maan's mind once he comes to know Geet is Dev's wife??
