i think that Iqbal Khan would be awesome ....

and i think could be better than Gurmeet (no offense to all teh guru lovers), since he has so much experience and exposure to this type of acting (from Karam Apna Apna) .....(no offense again)....although Guru is doing a gud job in this role...

Harshad chopra is another one that has a great deal of charm.........but he is more of a chocolate boy. nice in romantic fun loving roles. Don't get me wrong, I love Harshad Chopra he is so cute......and his chemistry with Aditi was absolutly amazing. But he is more of a romantic hero types. In my opinion.

Maan's character requires a very ruged, angry young man, sharp feature, masculine type male actor. Gurmeet fills that spot completely well. As many said, Iqbal Khan would be second...........

NO. The way Gurmeet plays MSK, no one could have done this real.

Hats off to the CV;s for choosing the right person for such character. I cannot imagine anyone playing this role.

he is d best and coz of him MAAN is so popular.......gurmeet is such an amazing actor........unmatched.......par-excellence....wht magnetic personality he has.....charming, handsome, talented, gr8 dancer.....whtevr was required to b MAAN he has it.....or shuld i say he made MAAN wht maan is right now.......MAAN's character was written for him only........
