i dont think maan is using geet, maan just wants her to be protected and save and confess her feelings soon

hey i totally dont agree with u....... if he used anyone.... it was pari n all d girls who had come for the interview... n hid dadi too....he never wanted anyone 2 b his fake fiancee.....he thought he can make geet confess 2 him so dat he can get engaged 2 her in real.... maan really wanted 2 get engaged 2 geet....all d fake fiancee , contract was everything for geet.... he used dadi's illness as an excuse.... he used d girl 2 make her jealous..... n he used pari 2 make her more jealous 2 d extent dat she may confess her feelings..... he told lies 2 geet dat he didnt want 2 get married.... when in real he wanted 2 get married 2 geet as soon as possible..... even if it meant using dadi's illness as an excuse.....if geet hadnt been in dis situation n if both had confessed.... i bet in no time he would have asked dadi maa 2 get him engaged with her d next moment n get married 2 her d next day or as soon as possible..... evrything in real.....now dat geet hasnt confessed yet..... n asked him 2 stay away..... he didnt want 2 force himself when he didnt have any excuse.....so he was gonna follow up with his lies.... n thought he could please dadi maa with his fake fiancee..... bcoz there was no excuse he had 2 keep geet with him...... now pari had given him an opportunity n excuse for him 2 keep geet with him.....n d guy is accepting d opportunity with wide arms and using it 2 his full extent.... d guy may ask her 2 b his fake fiancee....by saying like dat he is only lying 2 geet.... but for him n d whole world.... she is really his fiancee..his dream girl....

wat i m trying 2 say is.... he wanted geet 2 be his real fiancee.... now at the moment.... if she cant stay with him as his real fiancee , fake fiancee toh hi sahi.... he needs excuses 2 have geet around him dat's it.....he is telling lies 2 her.... not using her.....he is using others as an excuse 2 be with her now.....he may try his level best 2 turn d fake engagement 2 a real one....

so many ppl here r thinking that maan mite be using geet....i still refuse to believe it.....even if maan asks her to become his mangetar for dadi....that will be for the time being....once geet agrees she will find that there is no way out....once maan gets her even if by dadi's name....he wont be letting her go after that....dadi will just be an excuse to stop her from leaving him....maan is very impulsive and acts on his instant reactions....therefore wen geet rejected him he was so full of anger that he told her to leave him....but i believe he is now wishing he cud take back his words....and with pari leaving he has got the perfect opportunity...
guys....plz stop taking maan for his words....his ego will make him force geet to become his mangetar for dadi but his actual motive will be to give her another last chance to confess her feelings....

another thing....let me say here guys....DO NOT put much hope on pari's letter....i hv read in my local newspaper that it will be accidentally burnt before maan sees it....

Hi Nargis ....i too felt a tiny bit of that ...maybe Maan said all those things out of anger as he was hurting and rejected he meant to do the same to her , also fate always plays a major part in their romance , i think he wouldnt have let her go when the time comes .....he will ask for her help or rather demand her help and even Geet will give in for Dadi's sake but i so want the truth to come out ....if there is an engagement wouldnt Geet and Dev NT come face to face ????
Maan will keep up the pretense of the fake engagement just to keep her by his side ....

very well said....exactly my point....his only motive is to keep geet to himself and for that he will go to any extent....even if it seems that he is using geet....but for what purpose....only to make her stay with him forever....after all he loves her and cant let her go so easily and that too wen he knows that she loves him too....
and guys...remember another thing geet is already in a dilemma wat to do after she found the taveez in the attic....she is now sure that maan is the guy for her....she in her mind is also hoping that maan will do something to stop her....so i guess geet will agree to maan's proposal of becoming his fake fiance by her own will....she may pretend to refuse (ego again) at first but ultimately will give in because even she wants to give this relationship another chance....look guys we know how adamant both maan and geet can be....so no way maan can make her do things if she actually refuses....so if geet agrees to become his fiance that is because she knows that its God's decision that she stays with maan....

another thing....let me tell here because i hv found this very meaningful....wen she got the taveez many scenes went thru her mind and one of them was gurudwara scene in amritsar where maan's elbow touched her from behind....she is not supposed to know that is maan....but at that time she was praying to find a way and that touch must hv felt as god's touch at that time....but she ignored it at that time....but now wen she luks back she is sure that it was maan....she can imagine that while she ws praying god was giving out signal thru maan....
i dunno whether i hv succeeded in expressing in words exactly wat i mean....

I hope not, I think the proposal on his part is real, I think he will just tell her it is a contract proposal to keep her close to himself. Although he is angry, Pari has once again made him realize that it is only Geet in his heart and no one else. And he should do what ever is necessary to win her over, after all MSK does not take rejection kindly and as he said once MSK wants something he will get it.

He will blame Geet for Pari's departure. And he will tell her that they have no other option than to present her to dadi. Just think about, he could have told his Dadi that even though he told her that he would present his fiance today, that due to some emergency she had to leave and that he will present her in 2 days. His Dadi completely trusts him and even though she would have been disappointed when she realized that it wasn't Geet who Maan had in mind, she would have said okay and given him the extra time. He could have found someone else to act as his fake fiance. But no it's only Geet that he wants, and he will trick her into the proposal.

As for Geet, she will first say no, but will feel guilty as she will blame herself for being so transparent with her feelings in front of Pari and agree with him that it is her fault that Pari left. She will be concerned about Dadi's health and say yes to being his fake fiance.

Once she is his fiance, he will try to find out what is keeping her from declaring her feelings.

I think that is what the Hoshiarpur trip is all about. I don't know why but I have a feeling that it is all planned by Maan. I think that he may think that it is the respect for her family that is stopping her from telling him how he feels. She is after all very traditional and he doesn't think that she would go against her family as he doesn't know what happened 2 months ago after he dropped her off on the road side. It is in Hoshiarpur that he will find out the truth and realize why she acted the way she did.

It's about time for the truth to come out in order for the story to move forward.

I maybe giving Maan a little too much credit, but what can I do I am a hopeless romantic.
