Geet promos usually indicate what the rest of the week is going to be. So -- dark night, lit candles, Maan totally triumphant, Geet wary but cornered. There will not be a ceremony -- Maan will just bring Geet to meet his family as his fiancee? A fait accompli on his family.
In the promo, Geet is warning him that she may not let him. But it is as if he knows she has no choice. He has some hold on her. Does this mean that after the dance, in a drunken stupor, when she takes him home -- to the outhouse -- they will sleep together? That could be a fait accompli that he will use to tie her to his side?
Or when he tries to get intimate, she will push him away by confessing that she cannot because she is pregnant with someone else's child? And he will offer her protection from society, his name, his wealth if she becomes his fiancee? Is there a fait accompli on Geet there?
Basically, why does the promo indicate that Geet will most probably be forced to accept? Why does Maan look THAT triumphant? (Even if it is in that smoky, smouldering, sexy way 😆)
