Part of Gurmeet interview in March:

What are your future plans?
I just hope this is my last assignment on the small screen because I
have a lot of things on my mind and I want to implement them as soon as I can. I would also like to show my dancing skills to my fans and very few know that I am a great dancer. I would like to pick up dance reality shows that come my way.

i think that was way before thousands of girls became Maan Maniacs and his character MSK was personified as a demi-god for his female fans....he won't be leaving telly for a while....trust me....too many broken hearts for him to deal with....

That interview was way before Geet show became no.1....nothing like that will happen ... he loves his fans as much as we all luv him ...

The biggest reason he will not leave is he was shooting even when he was sick ....So we all know how much dedicated he is towards his work .....

Yes, maybe he wont be leaving small screen for a while but its every actor's dream to reach higher right? So maybe he was just trying to prepare himself and hope for the big screen. That justifies his intension to enter any dance reality shows. Big screen or small screen, he'll keep on acting that's for sure and you'll keep on having lots of GC. No worries.😊
