Guys:

I am in deep trouble now, I work for a world 's top software development MNC. Geet serial and Maan character has influenced me so much that i started looking for Maan characters in My Boss. I know its sick and i am disgusted with myself on this coz he almost 15 yrs older to me, (if he was any younger trust me i would have been the happiest person on this earth) . Few common things between him and my boss are.

1. My boss is very cute,not dashing as Maan ofcourse but still has a very cute face he is fair with light blue eyes :)

2. I am his assistant just like Geet

3. He is a VP out here ,(highest sr position), he has this aura just like Maan , he is very rude but very soft at heart, He is a perfectionalist coz of this everyone including the sr Mangers in office are like hell scared of him. I dont know if its his designation or his personality that wherevr he goes he is limelight.

4. Maan Singh Khurana is a power packed name just like that My boss has a very strong name...gosh his name itself sounds so authoritative ( Sorry cant reveal his name here).

5. Just like Geet i always keep doing mistakes and he keeps screaming at me and once i bursted out in a meeting and i noticed his voice became soft after that ( I know its normal if u cry in front of someone but cant expect my boss like this)

6. He is sadu and khadoos, just like Geet calls him Dush Danav, i have been calling him Pani puri since last 1 yr coz he is sometimes sweet and sometimes spicy .

There are many more things but i am not able to figure them out. at this point of time( I am shivering even when i am typing). My friends says i am smitten by him. I dont undertand wht to do . Yesterday i saw him walking on the aisle eating an apple and i was just staring at him and smiling to myself (thank god no one saw).

Maan is making me go mad , i am not able to concentrate on anything. day and night i just think of Maneet. even now when i am suppose to work in office i am reading this forum. instead of opening my outlook everyday i open this forum first thing in the morning. If my boss comes to know that i watch Tv serial and read their forums during working hours, he is going to sack me out.

I am in serious trouble now and i feel its high time i divert my mind. Plz help me guys tell me how do i stop thinking all this.

i am not really good at advicing but I can just say that you have to help yourself..you just cannot put your job at stake for a show no matter how much you love the show..well regarding your boss-I am sure you will get over it,..having such crushes are just part of life..I dont blame you-afterall all the blame has to go to Maaneet for making us so crazy😆..just chill but dont do anything which might make you loose your job!

PS-dont kill me for using the word crush..I just didnt knew what else word to use..😳

All I can do is wish you luck in getting back to earth from what ever other planet (planet Maan and insert your bosses name here) you have landed your self on.

Too bad your boss is 15 years older than you. But again they say age is just a number
😉 Okay I am just kidding here, or am I?

All I can say is that the effects of the show will hopefully wear out sometime in the future and maybe then your boss won't remind you of Maan and Maan won't remind you of your boss.

@ Bul- Thanks for you advice dear and trust me i am trying my level best not to come to this forum but cant help its like an addict now. i need very second news on Maneet . I wish i am out of this stupid teenager crush ASAP. I can still manage with my boss but how do i get rid of the feelings that i have for maneet. i close my eyes i see them i open my eyes i see them.

my sympathies with u..........maneet addiction is something even i am trying to get rid of but kya kare peecha hi nahi chhodta........well i guess hum sab jaldi paagal hone ke kagaar mein hai..............😆😆

The rest of us only have to contend with a 'fake' Maan...but you are actually working for a living and breathing Maan-like boss😆
His blue eyes sound dreamy😍...always did like blue eyes😉
Best of luck with your predicament...can't offer any advice though...so just suck it up and concentrate on your work without getting into staring sessions with your boss trying to imitate Maan & Geet😛😃

aw..you will be fine dear🤗..you can try like-for next one hour I wont come to forums and then can come and check forums for 5-10 minutes after one hour is complete and then do the same again after checking all the news about Maaneet!..thats what I do when I have exams!..this forum and Maaneet are way too addictive!..but as they say"try try try until you succeed!"

@revav, as they say all the great guys are either married or gay. However I hope for the sanity of all single girls out there that there since there are so many people on the face of this earth, there must be someone out there for everyone. I guess a soul mate for every soul.

And Maneet addiction is horrible. I am married and yet drooling over Maan, I am so besharam that I do it right in front of my husband. Luckily he doesn't understand hindi and could care less about my crush on a tv character. I think he know that the only man I truly love is him. So he lets me be crazy. 😃
