That is what the situation is right now.....!!!
Here is one person...who is really ill and down and is most deserving as far as a break or some rest is concerned...Gurmeet.
And on the other hand is the fact that he is absolutely denied that one basic fundamental right of every individual....
What price indeed for success!!!👏
Maybe this should act as an eye opener to people who have always been bowled over by the glamourous side of show biz...it is one hell of a demanding profession....just feel its kinda inhumane....!!
But still the bitter selfish truth is that we will miss him and cannot do without him either.😡...Just hope he gets the break he deserves!!!

Well we need not be in a guilt trip. It should be the producers for their failure to bank episodes. I think a show should have at least a bank of 10 episodes. One never knows what emergency may arise. an actor can fall sick, as it happened here. or there could be a strike or there could be a deluge, considering it is monsoon season. They cannot be hand to mouth as far as the episodes are concerned.

Having said that I wish Guru a speedy recovery, not because I want him on my screen but because I don't want him to suffer too long.

nahi yaar pata hai ek chote chote scene ke liye gurmeet retake karwaata hai perfectionist hai na isliye..isliye bank mein episode nahin hai..agar rush up kare to shayad jyada episode ho jaaye

actually I was under the impression that the producers have a certain amount of episodes in the bank even before a show starts...so my guess is they started with some...but Maaneet popularity and the demand and the speed they are maintaining with the story line...might have raised this issue.
May be this will change their modus operandi.....just wish nobody has to go through this kind of refined torture....!!

Hi,
I am all for Gurmeet and for his health and speedy recovery and I admire his commitment to his work..
I also understand that TV industry has great pressures.
But , many other professionals , in so called less glamorous professions , also work very hard ,work under difficult conditions and also when not well.....,sometimes for their daily bread, sometimes for keeping their commitments, sometimes coz that job cud be done only by them at that point ..and so on ....
So its not just in the TV industry , it is every professional worth his salt who cares to complete his/her assignments without loss to the project and team he/she is a part of .... which , I admire, is also what Mann is doing ... atleast in his case we all know the minute he falls sick and are there to wish for him, stand up for him , in other professions, the heroes (and the heroines!) go unsung for similar efforts..
. sorry , just a response to share a different perspective, I dont mean to offend you or anyone else, and least of all Gurmeet, who is my dearest Man and working so hard to give us our precious moments in the show.... may he get well soon and be fighting fit again!
