What has happened on that one, Geet and Maan dancing and Dev in the background is that one for later.

That promo was made just for promotion. It basically showed that Maan had started feeling towards Geet while she was unaware of it (Behende De Sequence) and she was pushing him away from herself (When Geet leaves the job). But then slowly even she started reciprocating those feelings towards Maan (Dargah and Kehna Hi Kya Scenes). But then Dev comes to know that Geet is Maan's secretary and thus there will be misunderstandings between Maaneet as Maan is unable to comprehend the fact that Geet is pregnant and she says that it is Dev's while Geet looking at Maan shows that she is trying to prove herself to Maan more than the world.
