i remember!! and you are right, and thats what we have all come to conclude, that in real life, we have no bg scores, no eye lock sessions or nothing that works in our favor to make us like these men.. may be they are around us and we dont care... when we are working, in our offices, work and targets are all we are bothered about, we dont want bosses to yell at us, and we want to get back home at the end of the day! and amidst all this, if someone seems really nice, and you feel pulled towards the person, you cant compromise the rest as well..
it is hard for a new age woman like you say! you cant just love...
coming to whether we could be like geet or Riddhima.. i say, i aint very hard to be like Riddhima, cos, she is one character who messes around and controls the man in her life to her fancy, knowingly or unknowingly.. !
geet is sweet, tv show type too good to be true girl, who now perhaps is fighting for herself in a small way..
i like the chemistry of the respective jodi's on screen.. for that matter i like shilpa and armaan ka bonding as well.. so, i guess its all about packaging..
and in really life, i dont think, anyone comes in that kinda bubble wrapped package! and we dont have the patience to look beyond a point!

you know, i figured there are alot of people who think like us... its just that, we dont meet enough people and we think may be something's wrong... i dont think there is.. we are happy the way we are.. may be we get a lil hassled after watching all these shows and stuff.. where there are fairy tale romances flying across the room all the time!!
coming to imperfections, i dont think maan and armaan are perfect humans. they are imperfect, but with the way they are shown, we choose to ignore those imperfections... but given a choice it would be difficult to live with those..
not a totally related comparison, but, everyone around me, says my brother is like the most charming guy around, and the fact that he doesnt speak too much makes him even more desireable... the list is too long for me to write it all down here.. but at times.. the way he behaves gets to me and i always wonder what kinda girl would wanna be with my bro...!!
we aint perfect, neither will be the guy made for us.. but my mom, ( i guess the romanticism comes down in virasat) ... says, there is someone made for everyone on this earth... and hence, may be.. its just a matter of time...

Don't want to be pessimistic...but unfortunately these guys don't exist!... :( ... Dramas of this sort just spoil us I think..And sometimes we start to expect these men to magically walk into our lives..sigh*...not happening... Although deep down most of us still have hope that they will...(well I do!😆)
I love watching Geet because it's like an escape from reality... This drama shows us hope.. both Maan and Geet have suffered a lot, yet there is still hope for them.. better yet LOVE.

I mean in real life if I am shami shami all the time....won't work at my job or school....geet ki tarah apne haq ke liye jaroor lad sakti hoon....I work wid this guy....he for sure can do some philosphy like Mann....his talks half of the time reminds of Maan....but he is more romantic (I don't know who to compare him to since I only watch Geet)....so Maan kind of guys do exist....us girl just needs to take a different perspective of seeing reality then tv shows....
