MAAN...wake up....u r not the first and u will not be the last person who hv been betrayed by someone....i guess 9 out of 10 ppl faced some sort of betrayal from family/friend/lover/collegues.....but life cant stop at that....let me repeat what maan has always told geet "forget the past and walk ahead in life" its really strange....i am giving an advice to maan which he himself has given to geet....wat is stopping him from following his own theory of life....
oh god....may this samira burn in hell....for making our poor maan suffer...

But the way MSK's character is scripted and the MERE FACT that the deception/betrayal of Samira has soured him off all relationships means that he HAS INFACT LOVED HER and that these emotions are not new to him.

Otherwise how can someone who is just a acquaintance or merely someone not so important can change his life and impact his life so deeply putting such scars that he scares of such relationships!

Sometimes theory is good and cannot be put into practice by the one who is theorizing :-)

i think maan's mom was a bombshell type lady who was in love with someone elsebut married maan's father for money...when maan was born she decided that she shud live with her boyfriend and hence stole property and money etc and abandoned maan and his father....maan's governess was a nice lady she brought up maan with ultimate care and used to call him chote sahab...this governess finally marries maan's father and has two (nalayak) children dev and chudail bahan i forgot her name.... that is why dev's mom calls dev as dev puttar but never calls maan as maan puttar but still calls him chote sahab this chote sahab reference is a give away dear frens other wise why wud a mom call her own son chote sahab?????

oh no....u r getting me wrong of course maan loved samira....otherwise her betrayal cant affect him so much....wat i mean is that the intensity of love and passion that he has for geet is a first time....look....we hv all read innumerous love stories and watched even more on tv and movies....but how many of them r etched in our memory....how many has touched our heart the way maneet is doing....plz think....i am not saying maneet is first of its kind.....but what i mean not all love stories hv this effect on us....

this is because ppl hv their own capabilities of loving another person....the intensity differs....the pain differs....the craving differs.....and also maneet jodi has god's blessing....from taveez to baba's blessing....everything points out that it is a jodi made in heaven....so, maan and geet subconsciously can feel for each other what they hv never felt for anyone else....
