I never saw Debina but im sure she is a wonderful actoress and Guru's greatest love aswell but Debina in Geet a big NO:)

Btw it wont be gud 4 debina - cuz she then will realiz that she hardly has chemistry with gurmeet when she is compared with drashti - gurmeet !!!!

I think it is really smart of her to not take sameera's role. Debina and Gurmeet chemistry will not work in front of maan and geet. Maan and Geet are adorable couple and we love them so much. I think she wants to avoid all those negative comments against gurmeet and debina's chemistry. I think it is really smart decision... Audition wants maan and geet together not sameera and maan.

She just made an excuse that she wants hatke role, she is hatke role and she getting a role in one of best show. As an actress she would have definitely accepted but not as Gurmeet Girlfriend. I was in her place I would have not accepted either, it can soar their relationship. I think she reads on this forum that why she knows that people will not accept it.

I don't want her in Geet either, I love Maneet!!!! no one comes between them

I too don't want Debina in the show, but because of different reasons from what everyone else is listing.

If Debina enters the show, I fear I would want Maan and Sameera together because I love the jodi of Gurmeet and Debina after Ramayan and only like Gurmeet and Drashti as Maan and Geet, I don't like any chance of their offscreen coupling at all, because I personally don't think they look as good as Gurmeet and Debina offscreen.

If Debi enters the show, many GuruDebi fans who are also Maneet fans may switch to MaanSameera fans and that would not be good for the TRPs of the show, as the CVs might be compelled to put Geet and Dev together then.

I think it is awesome that Guru and Debi acted opposite each other in one of the best storylines of any day and age. Their divine chemistry as Ram and Sita is imprinted in all their fans' minds forever, that any other normal role together will not nearly be as sweet and romantic, as Ram and Sita are the embodiment of true love. So I don't care whether they do or do not do normal roles together in the future, because they already reached one of the best, most established roles early in their career.

I would love to see them as Krishna and Radha/Rukmini in the future, but honestly, I don't want Debina as Sameera because my liking for Maneet would go down once I see Debs in the show, because it would bring to mind their chemistry as Ram-Sita in Ramayan and I would become sad knowing they would get no onscreen space in Geet. So I don't care who plays Sameera, I just don't want it to be Debs as she deserves a better role.

Anyhow, she is busy with her new movie so I don't think she will accept such a small role even if it is offered.
