Part 2 - An unexpected visit from an unexpected guest (Wedding Day)

It was the day right before the wedding, and Geet and Maan were staring out at the glowing moon seeing each others reflections. Maan and Geet totally forgot about the problem that they were going to discuss the day before because they were so excited about the upcoming special event that would change their lives forever. After one last glance at the moon... and a final look at her mehendi, Geet and Maan went to bed so that they can wake up early in the morning and get ready, so that they would be the best couple in the whole wedding.

-Next Morning-

Geet and Maan were bustling about trying to make themselves look beautiful. All of a sudden Geet heard a racket near the window. She thought that it was only a branch, but how did she know that her past came again to haunt her. Geet heard somebody calling her from the window. When she went to check she saw Dev. She was terribly shocked. "What are you doing here, didn't you feel pleased after breaking my heart once that you came to ruin my happiness once again!" yelled Geet with tears coming from her eyes. "No Geet, your misunderstanding me, I was going to tell you earlier that I was married!" Said Dev in an innocent puppy dog face. "Just shut up and leave Dev, I can't believe that I didn't believe Maan when he was telling me that you were married. I was so blindly in love with you that I couldn't even notice how much Maan cared for me!" Geet screamed. "Common Geet, I will do anything to marry you, I love you Geet!!" Dev said caringly. "I don't love you anymore Dev, and please just don't show me your face ever again, I love Maan! He has been true to me since the start! He told me everything about his past, and all the problems that he went through. Today is my wedding, and if you can please do me a favour, don't ever show me your face again.. EVER!!" Geet yelled as she shut the window.

"Geet... hurry up the baraat is here... and Maan jiju is looking damn hott!!" Pinky said filled with excitement and joy. "Yeah....I'm ready. let's go down and sit in the mandap.. Maan must be waiting." Geet said showing a fake smile. As Geet was walking down the stairs to the Mandap, she didn't know what horror filled events were waiting for her by the mandap. "DEV!!... What are you doing here... I had told you that I don't want to see your face ever again.. then how dare you walk into my wedding and sit in Maan's spot in the mandap." Geet freaked. "If you can't be mine Geet, then I wont let you be anybody's." Dev said while holding a knife up against Geet's neck. "DEV!!!!.. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!!! LET GO OF GEET!!" Maan hollered in worry. "Just leave Maan. As long as your here Geet can never be mine! Don't take a single step foreward or you don't know what I can do!" Dev said while holding Geet tightly. Maan had no choice left, so he went to the side of the house while Dev was hyperventillating and called the police. When the police came they all quietly surrounded Dev and then right when they got the chance they jumped at him.

Maan went and grabbed Geet and tightly hugged her to help her try and forget what she just went through. "Don't worry Geet, Dev will never come in between us again" Maan said protectively. And then Pinky and Adi, just to make the worried mood of the wedding come back to happy did a performance on Salaam-e-ishq. They just looked extremely adorable, especially after they had been married. "Geet, you and Maan both have to come to our house after your marriage. It's been 2 weeks since Adi and I got married and you never came once!" Pinky ordered Geet. "Fine Pinky, me and Maan will talk about it and will fix a date to come over." Geet totally didn't remember what happened 15 minutes ago because of all the excitement. "Come on Geet, it's time for the wedding." Maan said anxiously.

-After the Wedding-

The wedding went by really nicely, and Maan and Geet were so happy. Pinky and Adi performed on another dance sequence on the song Girl Your Mine. While the dance sequence was going on Maan grabbed Geets hand, and they both started passing cute looks back and forth. When Pinky noticed this she grabbed Geet and Maan both up and started up the song Heyy Shona. Everyone thought that they both looked adorable. Anyways who wouldn't, they were the bride and groom anyways. Maan wanted to get over all the ritual's quickly and wanted to take Geet home. Once all the rituals were over they did the bidaii. Everyone was crying so much, but Geet wasn't really that sad because she had finally been married to her prince charming.
