Geet this week was starting to realize that Maan matters to her:
1. Her dialog about everything she does, she does just for him (she says him not K Constructions).
2. She constantly thinks about him - albiet not in an Xrated way unlike Maan. But, she thinks about his gyaan and she wants to live up to his difficult standards. She might have said that he enjoys her pain, but she also acknowledges he's her savior and wishes for him whenever she feels unsafe or insecure (i.e. when first entering the mansion and before going to bed).
3. Unlike Maan she is not as emotionally repressed, so it would be easier for her to realize she loves him once kuri starts adding in her bhavnas for Maan with physical reactions that she too is now starting to xperience.
As such, the spoiler is consistent with wat has happened. Moreover, as the Maan falling in love track has demonstrated, falling in love and accepting it r two very different things... So, even if she realizes she loves him, Geet may try to distance herself from him for obvious reasons (she is pregnant and he is Maan Singh Khurana, Delhi's most eligible bachelor). Her pullback may alter the dynamic between her and Maan again.... Maybe it will push him to finally accept his feelings n try to change the status quo btwn them ❓
