Firstly Sasha is working in that company for last 5 years..handled almost all his projects successfully..was always loyal towards his company..so how can Maan not believe Sasha when she says that she already told about the time change to Geet ??..How can we expect Maan to all of a sudden start believing Geet over Sasha just because Maan is falling for Geet ??😛..Lets not forget that Geet just started working in that company for last 4-5days..while Sasha is working for last 5 years..so its natural for any boss to show more trust on his old loyal employees than the new ones...So Can we really say Maan is at fault in trusting Sasha over Geet here ??..🤔 the question is not about siding geet or believing sasha. its about giving geet a chance to explain wat went wrong or wat could have gone wrong. let's say even he scolds geet .. is it not expected of him to analyze the situation carefully for once .... as to why the same person would make so many mistakes again and again????

Secondly Maan knows very well that Geet's presence is strongly affecting him..so he is trying his best to act very professionally with her..mayb thats the reason of his constant mood swings when it comes to Geet😆😉..and in all this confusion when all of a sudden u see everything starting from food to your secretary's dress all going wrong in the party...its very natural to loose your temper...Yes we can argue that Maan had no right to insult Geet in front of his clients there..but just see how that Rahul comments about Geet is hot but her food is not very hot😡 or that other guy joking about tea😡..I feel Maan is feeling bad for Geet there(which came out in the form of anger mayb) because they all were mocking at her for her choice of food..and so Maan was showing his anger on Geet because he couldn't tolerate those cheap remarks that those clients were passing on Geet😳..Yes it may look as if Maan is blaming Geet there for all the mess but the way he was scolding Geet it seemed as if he was more concerned about Geet's reputation getting ruined in front of his clients which he din't like😳.

.the reason why when Sasha comments that "U let Geet affect you"...Maan was speechless..because he knew that its the truth😳...yeah this is true he was speechless because he was letting geet affect him and it has never happened before. he has never had any such internal conflicts or experienced such emotions where he is trying his level best to get a person out of his mind.
Someone in some other post mentioned that its not a good quality if a boss is not able to handle the clients without loosing his cool..I fully agree👏..but lets analyse why he was unable to handle those clients that time..because it was the question of Geet being involved in the mess..and more than handling the clients,Maan was more worried about Geet becoming a laughing stock in front of those Jerks like Rahul😳....Now why he was worried about Geet has an obvious answer😆😳 was maan really concerned about geet becoming a laughing stock there???i dont think so. i guess he was more concerned about his project and company's reputation. i don't blame him for that. being a CEO of a reputed company , priority in such situations is inevitably ur clients and projects in hand. the only times he was concerned about her was when rahul gave her a really fake hand shake and when he realized her sari tore and covered her with the coat.

Thirdly the after dance fiasco when Maan leaves Geet on the dance floor..yes Maan did the wrong thing there👎🏼..but we really don't know what was going through Maan's mind that time when he simply leaves Geet on the dance floor and goes from there...mayb we will find out on Monday's episode😳..Who knows mayb Maan was unable to control his emotions that time because before the dance Geet really made him emotional with those words where she said "How much I do for u...it will always look less to u"😭..and so just to hide his tears (tears......???? jyoti r u serious...????he's maan singh khurana ..there have been only few emotions this man has experienced.. anger, hatred , pride, ego and confidence. these days after geet's entry into the office he is smiling now and then and losing control...)
he might hv left the dance floor without even realising that Geet was all alone standing in that limelight..mayb thats why in the precap we see Maan coming back running and then seeing Geet in that horrible condition..anyone thought Why Maan came back running to the party ??
did he come back running...??? i guess i need to see the last part again.. i thought he casually walked in and then realized that there was greater drama in the crystal hall than in his mind.😉..I mean he will not get any dream of Geet standing in that manner na😉..so the logic is simple..mayb after lots of soul searching Maan suddenly remembers that he left Geet alone on the dance floor and left..so he came back running to mayb give her that support but instead saw how Geet was standing in that torn saree helplessly😭😭..after that we saw in the precap what he did😳..thats why I guess before jumping to conclusions (we learnt to jump to conclusions from this man himself 😉) we all should wait for monday's episode first and see Maan's reaction there😳... yes i wanna see what maan singh khurana would do now. now that everything in the party has gone for a toss.

Lastly I feel Maan is completely unaware of many things that Sasha did...the reason why he jumps to conclusion is because he feels his 5-yr old employee can never lie no matter what and someone like Geet who was so unpredictable in Hoshiyarpur can commit such blunders in work because of less experience...but with time Maan will slowly realise that he was wrong in his perception about Geet and finally when he will find out the reality of Sasha I m sure he will take strict action against her as he himself said "He can forgive mistakes but not a lie"..I m sure that sentence was a future reference..

So I feel even Maan is a victim of sorts in this whole party fiasco along with Geet😳...

Coming to Geet..of course whatever happened to her was really very insulting for any girl..but rather than simply quitting her job she should stand against the injustice and expose the real culprits in this game just how she did in Brij's case..after this its upto her whether she would like to continue in this job or not..and of course its upto Maan how he does the damage control😊..but simply giving resignation is not a good thing to do..because girls like Sasha exists in every company today..I m myself working in Reliance and hv experienced such type of jealous girls while handling several projects of my Boss..so whereever Geet will go she will get somelike Sasha or Rahul or Brij..she will hv fight it out and show the real woman-power now😃 yes... such people exist everywhere.. she cannot run away from the situation and i dont think maan will let her do that ... but now she has to stand up for herself. turn the tables against sasha. and make her realize what it means to mess with geet... and that too maan singh khurana's geet. 😳

but lwet me speak this..i mean bohat zor ka humor laga ha,,thora sa ker lon??? ok ... dont you think,,in yday's epi geet was looking like Cinderella who danced with price .... and sasha tasha were playing the role of Cinderella's step sisters...but the difference was,,in true story, Cinderella left her shoe on the dance floor but here she left her pallu on dance floor.... 😆
