Nice idea....I like it a lot......!! You could be my friend from childhood...we grew up together....went to school together...etc...and of course you have to come to the wedding with my family...or better yet....you come early to give me moral support..set me straight...telling my parents that you will go and talk some sense into me...etc....but then you come ans see how much Vicky and I are in love, and how we can't be without each other....you give me your full support....and you then help me convince my parents to accept it and bless the marriage!!
