Really disappointed in Maan today.... - Page 8

Its typical M & B scenario.Alpha male angry with an innocent girl and showering his anger which slowly turns to passion and walking away cos he couldn't understand himself.And Maan is all that.But in the end when those type of men fall,they fall hard and for life.Well,in books anyway lol.So am waiting for the day when it happens.

How much humiliation can she withstand??? I feel really bad for Geet today!!!!

I had a bad hunch that this dance sequence would leave Geet in a new lurch.....what should Geet do now????

first thing let me make very clear wat i believe is that maan's anger towards geet on every small matters widout thinking whether its her fault or not comes from his frustration over himself. he is frustrated that he is falling in love with her wen for him love is supposed to be 'wahiaad' thing. 🤔
secondly....ur question is wat wud i do if i were in geet's place....on lighter note if a hunk like maan is in front of me....i cudnt do anything but forget everything and fall into his arms like geet does every now and then. 😉😳
but jokes apart.... things hv gone too far this time. one moment he stares passionately into her eyes, runs to save her everytime she needs help....but next moment he humiliates her left, right and center.😡
wenever he is angry he blabbers on with speed that will leave behind a jet plane....he refuses to listen to anything that she has to say....and then blames her for showing attitude....this only shows how frustrated he is. 😛
but last epi crossed all limits wen he scolded her in front of his clients and then dragging her on the dance floor and whispering to her that he cudnt say anything in front of his clients and so she has to answer him now....all the while pretending to dance with her 😲 i really felt at that moment geet either shud hv pushed him away which she did or better she shud hv slapped him and walked away.
i guess maan takes her for granted because he thinks that she endures everything silently like she used to do in hoshiarpur....he thinks he can do anything and then a mere "sorry" later on will rectify everything. for this i think geet is to blame.....she shud tell him that she followed his instructions and got his brother arrested and has exposed her family in front of entire hoshiarpur. that is the only way she will gain trust and respect from maan.
also, this proves that maan generally holds women in high esteem 👏 because he wants them to fight for their rights and not take any humiliation silently....he repeatedly on many occassions has taunted geet by saying that she is that hoshiarpur girl who cannot fight against injustice....so its high time geet tells him the truth.

I agree Aditi...maan is a GEM of a guy...and that he is totally frustrated over the fact that he looses himself in Geet....which has never happened with any other girl previously. I just think that this time he went too far....I agree that the dance started in anger.....but it quickly turned to pure raw passion...and both lost themselves in it....but at the end of that....he should not have walked away alone....leaving Geet to bare the humiliation......that was his mistake....and one that he will have to admit and make up BIG TIME for....that is all i am saying.

the idea of dance was good..the idea of Mann getting jealous was good. Mann covering up...when sari tears was good...but..
the execution of the idea..was horrible yes..i feel that strongly horrible..

they could have made him livid after the dinner fiasco..that resulting in the dance as a camouflage to confront Geet in front of client..but he had already in client's hearing distance had already told Geet off..why do this..?
because he wanted to dance with her...well then he should have been shown as having guts to do so...

i also didnt like the way he left the dance floor...not nice...
and also didn't like tasha and sasha being portrayed like that..they should not have done this..yes..the sari tearing and mann putting his jacket on her is a very good idea but..the sari could have gotten stuck..or when rahul in his inebriated state kinda tries to get hold of her as she leaves and happens to pull the palloo..and it tears(well it is made of net)...that would have been more convincing..an accident..not this deliberate humiliation by.two..stupid jealous women...
no..i didnt like it..women cant be against women to this extent...

i agree with u....even i was finding something was wrong in the epi....it did not touch the right chord. even i believe the dance shud hv come after the dinner fiasco.
but, yes even i loved the part where maan felt jealous wen rahul held her hand.

but, i think i hv an explanation over this and i dont think the CVs hv gone totally wrong.
i think upto the point where maan scolded geet over menu in front of the client was alrite.
after that watever hapened rahul is to blame.
first rahul telling that geet is luking hot and then holding her hand on the pretext of shaking it....all these led to maan boiling from inside. his possessiveness for geet (although he is still not aware of this himself) raised its head and he lost all control over watever he did subsequently.
he thot that by wearing sari she was trying to gain attention from men like rahul and that is why he pulled her to the dance....and as an excuse he said that he cudnt say anything before and so she has to answer now.
but when geet pushed him away and burst out that from day one she was trying her best to reduce his hatred towards her....maan became aware of the situation and what followed was a passionate dance.
that he left her stranded just after the dance showed how much he is trying to resist his growing feelings for her.
in all this...wat i am loving is that all of sasha's plans r backfiring.

i take it on a lighter note seeing that everyone is taking a heavier view of this....maybe adi or pinky did not hv any spare piece of cloth to cover geet and maan just few moments back had taken off his jacket (maybe seeing geet in sari for the first time he was foreseeing such situation 😉)...so, had his jacket to cover her.

All of this happened because of Sasha during so many years he has not fallen for her then why does she hope for a day like that to come.
