I agree with you about the middle class thing, but have you noticed that in the serial sometimes they talk about middle class as if it's really lower class? I mean, I would have thought that a middle class family would be able to afford, if not a "nice" house, but at least an okay house. Maybe Delhi is like New York. Homes that people can afford where I live, would be millions of dollars in New York City. As for the AC/Fan thing, I know it was kind of lame, but I felt like Geet should be able to give an alternative, and what kind of alternative is there for no AC. I'll just pretend that the ceiling fans are really high class, something that MSK himself wouldn't mind having in his house. At least, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

frankly delhi aint that expensive..... middle class can easily buy a decent house there....or i think def of middle class changes with every city/town..... in mumbai u can be higher middle class and still not be able to afford a decent house....

but AC and ceiling fan..... man cieling fan to har kisi ke ghar par hota hai...... i like even lower class ppl hv atleast 1 ceiling fan in their house.....

Well, there you go. Maybe all this house construction stuff is really to be done in Mumbai, and they just left out that little detail.😆
