Well as you know, he is destined to somehow ONLY bump into Geet. So maybe Geet will at one point annoy the hell out of him, and he is forced to yell out his name. 😆 Just a guess lol.

I hope it's not Manav....we already have a Manav on Pavitra Rishta......Maan would be better. Even Arjun would be better.
