no matter how hard you work, prof will do tons of correction
reason: every one has his/her own thought process, different writing skill
the fun part is even after that we get different changes from different reviewers LOL

u r right..my prof is nice..but that manager is crazy..for my last paper, he kept on asking to make changes..made me work so much..even on the last day of the deadline!!
And then for conference, I had to present that paper and he changed some slides 20mins before the presentation!!

i wouldnt suggest dmg if you never saw it.. it has only caused my tears to see my fave couple Rahul Muskaan get butchered beyond repair :(
