Anyway, answering your question. After Geet slaps him, Maan is shocked, later on he goes back to the pool and he is swimming and taking his frustration out, and then he wonders,what's happened to them, Geet was never like this, and never was he and the purity of the relationship that they so loved, how could that go away.or rather how could he throw that away. He vows to get things right. On the other side, Geet is wallowing in guilt for the fact that she slapped him, she believes that whatever he did was wrong, but also feels that a slap was not justified.

So next morning in the office (IP) we see a toned down Maan, and a Geet trying to apologize. He doesn't let her and keeps on avoiding her. Finally she forced him into a room, and says sorry to him (and she also tells him that he was wrong, and she never thought that he would do something like this) and then he tells her that he's sorry too, and he never meant to do anything like that. And then he excuses himself and walks out, and she asks him if he has forgiven her, he answers saying that she will know in an hour.

Now, there is no sign of MK, and Geet wonders. Then we see all the workers of Indian Paints crying with a letter in their hands. Apparently MK has sold the company, and the new owner has terminated everyone from their contract. Geet decides to confront MK about him, and goes to his place where he is doing tai chi with ice. He remembers all the moments where he hurt Geet physcially and she hurt him emotionally, and he breaks those two big ice cubes with his hand (!!)

(So there is your ice break answer) After that, she asks him if he sold the company and why, and he's like I've freed you from the relationship and all the chains attached to it. She hits back saying, did you ever ask me if that's what I wanted, if freedom was something I really desired, a relationship is made of two people, and it just can't break with your saying it. MK is flustered, and he tells her like you tell a kid that it's better for them to be apart. Suddenly Geet blurts, that I am affected by your presence, but that was never the question, the question and the challenge in the first place was if I could survive without you or not. MK starts to leave and Geet thinks of something to say to him desperately and she blurts out that he is scared that Geet will win, etc etc, basically instigating him. He blows up saying MSK kabhi kissi se harta nahi blah blah, and he says I will give all the workers their jobs at KC, and even you, and then he finally storms off from there. Geet is left thinking that in indirect ways you've made me independent today, since today she finally fought for herself, and got the job back.

Yeah, I know I can't write anything short. Anymore help, feel free to post again 😉
