Jaanvi in 12 jan episode

She has finally said it on Sagar's face that Ganga loves him...and it is Sagar who is persisting that they are just friends.. I think Jaanvi is the best character right now.. She doesn't insult anyone like Ganga and is not being careless like Sagar. I really like the way she speaks and even this actor's acting is in tune with her character because Jaanvi is not some over the top character to give expressions liek Ganga does. She is a sophisticated girl and she behaves like that, her expressions always show that she can see through Ganga and feel the hatred or competition. And she seems genuinely sweet when talking to Madhvi or Ammaji.

Strong character? For what? For sticking with a guy who doesnt even want to acknowledge her as his gf infront of his family? Im sorry but Jaanvi is a girl with zero self-respect. She can very well see that Gangaa loves Sagar & how even he's obsessed with his "childhood friend" Sagar even forcefully took away the bangles from Jaanvi that Madhvi gifted her. Even after so much she's still dreaming of marrying Sagar?! She's foolish to think that he will marry her. Right now she's coming across as a desperate girl who's trying hard to impress Madhvi & Ammaji lol.

And less said abt the actor, the better. Half of the time Im trying to figure out what she's trying to convey through her non-existent expressions. Is it anger, hurt/pain, jealousy etc etc.
There's nothing subtle, strong or sophisticated about her.
Jaanvi is the most annoying character in the show right now IMO.


P.S. No offence intended to any actor/character. Its just my personal opinion 😊

jhanvi for me is not at all a strong character... she is sticking around to a guy who only likes her with hope that like will convert to love and then to marriage.. if she was strong she would have long walked out on sagar and shown some self respect..trying to impress ammaji madhavi and becoming what u really are not will not help her..

me too find Janvi very sensible & intelligent though she is not the main lead. I really don't know that in future how will she turn but now she is likable. and inspite of being lead the way Ganga is behaving is very stupid & childlike. I know that she is a human not God who can't mistake but she is not that ganga shown in preleap. Though I didnot regularly follow this serial before the leap but I dont think that Sagar ever told her that he loves her or likes her. But still she dreams about their marriage without knowing her position in his eyes. where as Janvi wanted to go back after realizing Ganga's love for Sagar.
I just tell my point of view about Ganga & Janvi but no offence to any actress or any Saga fans.

There's something called growing-up. Gangaa also "grew up" & so that childhood mannerism, innocence is gone.
Her basic nature is still the same. She was a rebel in childhood, is the same even now. Used to create problems & even now does the same.
Plus this is a show. The makers will alter characters according to the tracks etc. Its stupid tbh to expect ditto the same pre-leap Gangaa even post-leap.
And she is dreaming of marrying Sagar coz she's in a big misunderstanding. Yea Sagar has never told that he loves her but since she's so attached to him, she's thinking that even he feels the same coz even he's attached to her very much. She'll step back once she gets to know that he doesnt love her.
But Jaanvi is coming across as a despo. Sagar has made everything clear to her. He isnt sure of the relationship & doesnt want to marry. Heck he doesnt even want to acknowledge her as his gf infront of his family. I mean nobody is going to force him for marriage. The least he could do was to tell everybody that Jaanvi is my gf. Still she's hellbent on impressing his mom & grandmom in hope of getting hitched to him.
Even after understanding that Gangaa loves him & even he's obsessed with her, she's still sticking to him. She lacks self-respect.
That's the basic difference here.
What Gangaa is doing is coz of her misunderstanding/stupid delusions etc. She's yet to face the reality. But Jaanvi is doing all this even after knowing all the reality very well. For me she is a very weak character who cannot let go of a useless relationship.

If Janvi really lacs self respect then she never packed her bag wanted to go back until Sagar will be ready for marriage but it was Sagar who prevent her from going & told that he likes her & sees Ganga only as his best friend nothing else & wants some time. very often he tells her that they are dating but need more time for marriage as we all know that marriage is a big responsibility & he doesn't want to tell his family right now otherwise they might push him for marriage. and the way Sagar hold Janvi's hand in yesterday's epi,I think that was something else.
And in pre leap Ganga stand out for one thing after knowing the whole truth behind it as per my knowledge & her this quality made her unique but now she is desperately so obsessed with Sagar that she can't think that Sagar can love or like someone else and I think one's good quality shouldn't change though that person grow up.
By the way, I agree that Janvi is not as strong as Ganga as Ganga had to face lots of hardles in very young age compare to janvi which made her very strong. but I never find Janvi self respectless yet I don't think to behave good with one means to buttering that person & if she really intend that then she told Madvi or Ammaji about her relation with Sagar specially when Madvi had asked her.

anyways the actress her acting and dialogue delivery is quite sad.. the scene was actually an imp one which was badly acted.. . she need to as mohini said needs to work on her expressions and voice modulation..

Nobody has said that what Sagar is doing is absolutely right.
He's a typical guy who doesnt want to settle down with the girl he is dating.
He thinks what he's doing is right coz Jaanvi the great is letting him do that.
Here I was expecting her to give both Sagar & Gangaa a piece of mind & walk off with dignity.
Instead she's still sticking around in hope that Sagar is gonna marry her.
And what's wrong in Sagar not wanting to get married now?
He's barely 25 & has just completed his study. He doesnt want to get married but Jaanvi does. So why doesnt she move out of this relationship? 😕
Sagar himself will never say her to leave coz he's just casually dating her.

Its another thing that he doesnt realise the depth of his feelings for his best friend or he isnt serious abt his relationship with his gf. He isnt two-timing with both of them to be called a casanova or womaniser. You need to go & check out their correct meanings I guess 🤔
