A Scary Night

PART ONNE

The lounge is in total silent. No members are gathered. In comes ambi. "Naan taan first innikum. Haiya, FF lei naan first, ingge lounge kum naan first... " Ambi walks around and finally sits down on a big sofa. "Subaaa packing romba tiyering...". Within few mins, Ambi mammi dozed off. In comes RP and Giri. "Yennapa giri, yeppemei naan taan grand entry seiven. Maddie kaaga yellarum wait penevangal, inniki total opposite ...." Giri tells RP to relax. "Its Netra's first attempt to organized something for IF members. Puduse, adhuke rules and regulations innum teriyelai. Pavam ponnu" Ambi's snoring startled them both. "Ingge pare Giri, nammeke munnadiya eva vandhutal." Ambi wakes up and is happy to see both RP and Giri. Now they are wondering where are the rest ......

All other members are gathered at Netra's place. Vani is curious on why they were all asked to be here instead of IF lounge. Others are also wondering but is quite. Netra speaks out "Okay guys. Everytime RP and Giri organized something, we never got what we want. For example last week, Jas was suppose to parade with something less than kerchief but RP beats up our imagination.... " Jas looks up at netra and wonders "Adi paavi, naan tuni illamal irundal taan Netra vekke satisfaction aa irukum" Sue looks at Netra and netra quickly says no. "Sorry Sue amma, your gold leg and hand chains must be removed. I have plans for that too". Ho ask Netra what are we going to do and where is Ambi, RP and Giri. Netra tells them her plan, mute. Everyone now has the mad wicked gleam in their eyes. Caryn starts laughing and laughing🤣🤣. "Ade seri, annal yeen Ambi?" Netra looks at Jas and smiles. "Ambi appepe RP veke cingcak adikum. Addenalai thaan...." . Nallu looks at netra and says "Pavam netra ambi. Avelei vittere" Netra looks at Jas and Jas gave a look at Nallu. "Okay Okay, vendam. naan yen lips sealed penniren". All members leave Netra's place. Vinod wishes them luck and gives Caryn his video cam to record everything. "I must see RP's face with my idea 😆"

At IF lounge. Its dark and stormy night. Ambi, RP and Giri had their dinner and still wondering on the others. "Maybe netra informed us the date wrongly. So what, lets wait till tomorrow or else we can decide something else. RP agrees. "auuuwww Maddie is sooo sleepy right now. Gd ngt guys..." Ambi was about to go to bed when she heard a tapping sound at the window. "Awwww yennada ithu, chandramukhi inggeyum vanthutal laa. Pesamel vitalei irendekelam. Husband pecci kekamel ingge vande matikittenaaa...Auuuwww" Ambi is shivering. She looks around. RP is snoring at her couch and Giri is fast asleep on the big sofa. Ambi jumped into her sofa and pulled the blanket over here. "Roja akka, roja akka...." ambi calls out. RP wakes up and ask what. Ambi tells RP about the tap in the window. "Adhu vaa, unn brammai daa. Tungge pesamel"... RP tries to get back to sleep. Suddenly RP hears footsteps. She peeped out her blanket and looks around. "Cheh cheh, indhe ambi nallai, tukamei pocci daa samy. " RP turns around and tries to get back to sleep. Again tap sound at the window. This time Giri wakes up and see at the window. "Yaare adhu" shouts Giri. Both ambi and RP gets up at the sound of Giri. Suddenly there was a flash of lightning. The trio saw a face at the window. It looked like an alien....

AAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ambi screamed. Giri closes her ears and stares at Ambi😡. "Idhekellam bayam maa. Inggai ire, Naan varen" Giri goes to her bag and takes out her camera. RP is looking around the lounge, thinking something. Giri comes back to her and RP tells Giri "Idhu Netra work kaa irukumo?"..

Giri thinks for a while but "illai RP. Netra yeppidi indhe time lounge kee varemudiyum. Kaesh vittete Netra varematal". The tapping in the window is heard again and all sudden the lights goes off. Ambi jumps from her sofa and landed on RP's leg. She puts her arm around RP and hugs her tightly till RP struggles for breath. Giri being smart as always quickly started taking pictures in the direction of the window. Flashes are seen there and here. Ambi closes her eyes tightly. RP is trying to push ambi down from her lap.......

The big clock at the IF lounge struck..... Its already 12 midnight. No sounds of window tapping or footsteps can be heard. Lights are back and RP looks around the lounge. Giri looks at Ambi who is covering the blanket over her head. "Ambi, cool par. Ingge parre. Onemel illai... I've snapped a few pictures, tomolo we can see it. Athe picture lei onnume irekadhu, okay vaa.... padethe tunga..." Ambi goes to her sofa and finally dozed off. RP and Giri are still thinking. RP looks at Giri and Giri shakes her head no. "Netra nallei ide yellam plan pennemudiyathe. She can't tap the window, create footsteps sound and swich off the main power. No way. Something else is here. Naliki inthe photo wash penni pakelam." RP goes to bed but still has a suspicious feeling.

Next mrg, 3 wakes up and their breakfast. In comes Netra, Jas, nallu, sue, ho, suram, caryn, vani. Meli has gone for holidays, payya is busy with his dance practise and waiting for his fav ramya krishnan serial. "Vango Vango" greets Giri. Ambi is looking totally pale. Nallu goes to her and ask her what happen. Ambi is totally quite. RP ask netra what happen. How come they didn't come yesterday. Netra looks shock "Aiyo akka, unggaleke wrong date invitation send penniten naa. Sorry akka." Ambi stares at Netra "Unn nalei, naan RP idepai vodiciten. Neter yenna nadendeci nee teriyuma..." Ambi tells out what happen the night before. Caryn goes to ambi and tells her no rubbish about ghost lah. RP eyes at the Video Cam. "Idhu yenna pudusa video Cam at IF lounge" ask RP. Caryn just smiles away. Giri tells them to take rest as she wants to go to dark room to wash the film. To her suprise, all the IF members wants to follow her to the room to see the picture as well. Giri ask them to wait outside, and she will bring the pictures out. But no point telling the members. They were rushing into the room already.

Giri takes out the film and starts washing it. Everyone is looking at Giri. Finally the photo's are ready. 5 snaps by Giri starts showing colour. Giri eyes opened wide in shock. Ambi after looking at the picture, gave Netra a sharp look. RP looks at the picture and starts laughing. First picture, Sue amma with all her golds. Second picture, Netra with Jas showing funny face, third picture, netra, jas, suram, ho, sue, caryn, vani standing together with big smile on their faces. Ambi starts chasing all of them. All members runs out and starts laughing. Giri comes out and looks at netra. "Well, Netra, thanks for the poo suttal. Yenna onne, naanum RP okay taan. Inthe ambi taan bayendhe poital" RP looks at Netra suspiciously. "Ire Giri, onne taan yeneeke puriyalai. Yedheke Caryn Video Cam yedete vandereka??" Netra smiles at RP. "Adhu vaa akka, nette ratidi nadende visiyum, Caryn taan camera lady. Yellam record acci. Vinod indhe kandipa pakenum sonnagal. Aver mattem illa, Sue attan kudde ithe parkenen sonnagal. " RP "idhu verai yaa. Yenna aasai inthe vinod theke... Seri paravalai, maddie parthe ore nall jolly yar irekethum". Ambi manasukul "appada, nambe purushan kitte kamikamal irendal serithan..." Jas reading Ambi's mind "Dun wory mammi, avereke early morning veei nangal video internetelei anipitom.". Netra looks at ambi and says, "Actually ithe RP kum Giri kum appe veikelam ninaichen, annal they both are very smart. So, loose thanama nengal than yenneke kadicede... ithe kalakal ungall singapore payanam kee ambi. Have fun. Netra is goin back home now.. tired but happy.
