My thoughts too but we googled and turns out in rare cases, identical twins do happen to be of different sexes. That's when one has XY chromosomes and other has X0 chromosomes and not XX or XY.

The reason Our team responded that they had name tag because the word “ identical twins” was used in the question.
We totally agree and we’re aware that identical twins are same gender
