Yes absolutely right...both of their parents are responsible for their behaviour. Both of them love belittling others which is the main reason why I dislike them.

Absolutely loved it...he deserved more 😆😆

His way of belittling others or making fun of them based on their family status (for example, Ron, Hermione) or by their little odd behaviour (for example, his behaviour with Neville) is a crime and this is an example of his poor upbringing simply.
