who loves eating this full of carbs, starchy veggie?

and how do you eat it?

i like to eat mashed potatoes.. with some gravy

& i like to bake the pototoes with olive oil, herbs, garlic, & salt.

& some baked potatoe with cheese!

&& i love aloo pakora!! 😛

potatoes r all tm fave in my house
we like aloo ka parantha , sukhe aloo ki sabji, gravy wale aloo, all in almost all da sabji 😆 humare gahr me we can spend a day without water but withgout aloo noways 😆 great topic lovey .........potato is sabjiyon me raja hur veggie ke saath he mingles up so well actually he is very gud natured veggie kisi se no dushmani 😆 👏

Aloo.... bus aloo hi hain... 😆 yeah Aloo is like king.. we dont eat daily bt yeah 2-3 times in a week... Aloo Prantha, aloo tikki, sukhe allo ki sabji, grilled aloo, fried aloo chat, aloo pakoda & last bt not the least Aloo Cheela/dosa/Pancake.... dis is my fav dish.. i can eat dis daily... 😛 😆

yeah aloo hi aloo 😆
heres a aloo bonda recipe i make its easy n yummy

Ingredients:

• 4 Potatoes
• 2 Cups besan
• 2 Green chilies
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• 2 Cups oil
How to make Aloo Bonda:
• Boil the potatoes and mash it properly.
• Add red chili powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies to mashed aloo.
• Make ball of mashed aloo mixture.
• Add water to besan and make a batter of medium consistency.
• Now add turmeric powder and salt to batter.
• Dip each ball in the batter.
• Fry it till it turns golden brown.
• Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

They say Aloo is married to every Sabji, like aloo gobi, aloo bangan, aloo matter, aloo choley, aloo palak, aloo methi, aloo paneer and so on. Potatoes is part of our everyday life in eating, on top you can have aloo ka parantha, aloo puri, mashed aloo with beans.
