I had visited the Halidram CP Branch yesterday at around 21.00 hrs when I was placing the order The executive at the service desk Mr Naveen Kumar said that there are certain food items not available and I should go the the First Floor and find out what all items are available and then I should come back to the counter and place the order. Do u think it is the customer's duty to check with each counter to know whether that food item is not available. Moreover the executive was very rude and raised his voice.These brands think that they can behave anyways adn no body will say anything.
