hey guys this is my personal reciepe for chocolate milk shake . try it out its really really yum.
ingredients makes : 1 glass
1 glass - chilled icy milk (half frozen milk)
1/4 tsp - cocoa powder
1/4 tsp - coffee powder
2 drops - vanilla essence
1 big scoop - chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp - honey
or
2-3 tbsp - castor sugar
1 tbsp - drinking cnocolate
for decoration :
any chocolate sauce
method :
1) in milk add cocoa powder,coffee pwder,drinking chocolate, vanilla essence and honey.
2) churn in a mixi or grinder . add chocolate ice cream scoop. churn again. taste it and adjust sugar accordingly.
3)pour in a fancy glass and top it with another scoop of ice cream. pour a little chocolate sauce over for decoration.
you can add lillte cake decorations also if you want.
