Present Day

Ranbir's Office in Delhi

Ranbir is totally loving his work. He'd been working so hard the past 6 years expanding his business in over 5 continents Asia, North America, Europe, Austrailia and Africa. He was a fast man with no time for nonsense. He lived and breathed work. He didn't have time for relationships as they cost him time, money and that he didn't have time for. He did have the occasional fling for fun sometimes which was always around the time of his break up. He didn't have any family waiting for him in any corners of the world that he could call his own. He was used to loneliness and didn't stick around one place for too long to get attached to anyone.

Ranbir wasn't in the news as he didn't want his face to be plastered everywhere but it was difficult not to be pictured in India. Press where everywhere like hounds. Luckily nobody recognized him from back in the day. He looked nothing like himself in his college days as he took care of himself working out into shape every hour at 6 am was his routine. He had also got himself personal stylists the works so he had a new do every week. As for clothes he preferred suits but if he was out casual designer gear was all he ever wore. So nobody that went to school recognized the new and improved Ranbir Nanda whose heart was hard as stone.

Ranbir enterprise had taken off with a bang in 3 years that he had to open offices abroad and his latest being Europe. He avoided that place due to Radha. Why did she come to his life and show him how beautiful it could be. Europe had a greater meaning for business as did America but he didn't dare go there for the temptation of trying to meet Rads. He could still remember her clear as day but knew she'd moved on. Girlls like that never had shortages on suiters. She told him she'd wait part of him wished she did but he knew otherwise. When he started the business he did it to prove to everyone he wasn't a lowlife with no future. He worked day and night. Trying to get contacts and deals in the fashion world along with working on Advertising. The positives was meeting models but they lacked something that never satisfied him. The secretary told him he had a phone call.

R-Hello!

RM-Hi! Ranbir.

R-Rads. What made U remember me after a long time?

RM- I know its been 6 years since we last met. I wanted to invite U 2 my wedding.

R-Congratulations R in order. I'm busy i don't think i can make it business calls.(Feeling really hurt)

RM-We used 2 be bestfriends Ranbir. For that sake i want U there.

R-Peachy. I can't guarantee i can make it.

RM-Ranbir your next trip is in London the least U can do is come here and see us.

R-Its my prerogative. Whats it 2 U if i come or not. U didn't care 2 wait 4 me.

RM-I'm sorry but life moves on. I waited 6 years and U didn't come. I'm 28 Ranbir. How long? Its ok. If u can't make it. I understand. I should never hav called.

Ranbir put the phone down. He wasn't convinced by the reply. She seemed a little off. All this i waited for U wasn't true. Karan he showld have known. His best friend would betray him. They all did. Well so much for him being best friends it was cool. If she waited for him maybe there was achance for him and Rads. Maybe she still loved him. He certainly hadn't forgotten her.she obviously didn't 4get him. Thats it no other woman compared to Rads he had 2 go get win his love back. Karan could take a hike. All this time. He thought Rads never waited and left him for being poor but he knew better. He could take the first flight out of India but he had to think long and hard. His business wouldn't suffer as he was making profits in LA and NY in America. Business in India was booming beyond heights. Queensland and Perth in Austrailia were doing great. Africa was ok for Mauricio's and he needed to put more effort in London and Paris. He'd take first class out of India and travel like the rest of them.

Mumbai Kanya's modelling agency

Kanya for the past year had only just managed to scrape by with her business which was slow but she found it a challenge to get regular work coming in. Kanya's agency was small but it was hers. She was proud of what she'd accomplished. She only just patched er differences with the death of her Dad and Mom so she only had herself and her sister Pooja who helped out and was co partner. Kanya opened up her letter and saw a wedding invite addressed to her. She saw it was from Karan. She wanted to rip it until she saw who the bride was Radha. Ranbirs Radha no doubt. This should be fun. She will try to win her love. No wonder ghenda was huge before but Karan was not ok she'd fight tooth and nail to win him back.

P-Kiski invite hain?

K-Meri ex jo kabhi merit hi hi nahin.

P-Karan. Uska shaadi kisse?

K-RADHA. Why does she get everyone? What does she have that i don't.

P-KARAN. Go ight for him. Try to get closure. U aren't over him. In these 6 years U haven't been seeing anyone. Why? U still love him.

K-U'r right. I will break this couple she belongs to mote Ranbir Nanda and Karan belongs to me.

P-I didn't mean that Kannu. They R getting married its wrong.

K-I don't care. If i don't cause friction between this pair and break them up for Good then i'm not Kanya Godbole. I messed up big time then not now.

P-Well i think its wrong.

K-Everything is fair in love and war. This is war. Radha can't have Karan i haven't had a proper chance.

Part 5

Recap-Ranbir and Kanya get their wedding invites from Radha and Karan. Ranbir and Kanya decide to fight for their love before its 2 late no matter who got in their way. After all was fair in love and war. Friendship can jump out the window.

Pooja decided to settle the business in India and tie up loose ends before she joined Kanya. After all their business was small and Pooja was mad at her sister for being so fickle and for trying to break up a couple. Its not like Karan ever loved Kanya. She was a little disillusioned but Kanya was right about expanding the business outside of India. Mumbai was a little too competitive as everyone was out to make money. Yes in England things R competitive but there was a market for different ventures as the country was rich in culture. Different people from all walks of life. Pooja was thinking about her sister and hoped she found closure and actually found someone compatible with her. Someone as feisty as her. Someone that was on the same wave length but who knew which saint that would be as her sister was a tough person to get on with as everyone in their household knew.

In the aeroplane

Everyone was boarding the plane. Kanya sat near the window in the first class section. It was warm and she was cranky. She couldn't help be in a bad mood. The thought of Karan with Radha made her blood boil. She cursed a lot under her breath. She had an argument with Pooja that didn't help matters. Her day couldn't get any bad. Or could it?

A suave young guy came by. Kanya was too busy in her thoughts. She looked up and saw this guy that made her forget for a second what was troubling her.

Guy-Hi i think U R sitting in my seat. Excuse me. Miss. My seat (clicks his fingers)

K-oh sorry! What was it U were saying?

Guy- My seat. U R sitting in it.

GUY-India. Mumbai but i don't have a place of residence as i travel all over the world for business. I tend to stick with Mumbai more.

(sad eyes), Ganesh has his own bio chemistry pharmaceutical in Delhi where he is the manager, Arjun is short and Ranbir is probably in a gang or dying of obesity actually U remind me of him except U don't look anything like him. U have these eyes filled with doubt and pain.

Guy with a smile on his face. So miss chipkali didn't think he looked like his former self huh. She was in for a rude awakening when she found out who he was. He definitely thougt he'd improved in style and with his weight loss he did a lot of work into changing his flabs into abs and developing a toned trim body. His features had changed drastically. Paying stylists to change his looks made him look very different indeed. Always experimenting. He also noticed how Kanya blushed slightly. Well looks like this lady was a little too superficial. She was good at reading peoples eyes. Spooky.

Guy-So what do U have against this Ranbir?

K-Please don't mention this saand. I hate him so much. My friends and i had made his life a mysery but in college things changed and i saw a different side to him but we kept our distance. I felt pity on the guy. He never belonged anywhere. He rubbed me the wrong way and i did the same for him.

Guy-So what brings U 2 London its where the plane is taking us.

K-Don't think bad of me but i'm trying to win this guy Karan he's about to get married.

Guy-Good 4 U. never have regrets is the way 2 go. I'd do the same.

Guy-Same as U but mixed with business.

K-Don't worry your lady will be crazy to end up with someone else.

K-Ur a real catch. If i wasn't thinking about Karan i would definitely go for U.

Kanya goes for a break to powder her nose. Ranbir has a smirk on his face. The trademark smirk. Kanya wasn't so bad but who knew what she'd be like when she found out. She was quite dim she still hadn't worked it out yet. Kanya came back and smiled at Ranbir.
