Kripa wakes up in the middle of the night sweating profusely. Again the same dream a nightmare to b more precise. Tomorrow would b the 5th Anniversary of the disaster that changed her life completely. She was afraid of the date but never admitted it. She wanted to show the world that she is a stone hearted woman who is not afraid anything but deep down she knew that she was lying. Knowing she would not b able to sleep she went out of her room & thought abt talking to her big brother Sujal & if possible ask him to tuck her in the bed. She knew he would never mind. He loved her very much. She knew even more than the kids he would have as his own.

She was abt to knock on his bedroom door when she remembered that he was not even in this country leave it his room. He & his newly wed wife Kashish were on their delayed Honeymoon to Paris. They were married for almost a year but couldnt go on their honeymoon becoz they said that they couldnt leave the business alone but Kripa knew that the real reason was that they didnt want to leave Kripa alone. They both loved her equally if not more. They would b always there 4 her no matter what.

Kashish was her childhood best friend. Kripas one of the darkest secrets were with Kashish & She knew Kashish would never leak it out not even to Sujal.

They had a love cum arranged marriage. & Kripa was the main person responsible 4 it. She had made her stupid brother realize that he was in love Kashish & not his long time colleague & supposed girlfriend Archie. While Kashish had been in love with Sujal 4 as long as she remembered. It was a kind of strange as Kripa made them realize & confess their love when she had stopped believing in love herself. But deep down every1 knew that she believed in love but at the same time believed it was not meant 4 her only.

Kripa sat down on the couch in the living room drinking coffee-thinking abt her future. All she saw was herself with her friends & business. She had promised herself that she would never fall in love again. She had a bad experience & that was enough for a life she needed no more.

She had a pattern of life which no1 could break through except her friends may b but they never forced her to they knew she would always do as they say but they rarely took profit of it. She would wake up at abt 5am do her workout in her home gym for abt 2 hrs freshen up have her breakfast with everyone & reach her office at 9am sharp. She was never a sec late in her life. She worked like a maniac till 9 in the night unless she was dragged out by her gang before that time. On coming home she used to just eat her dinner with her gang or reading an important file if no1 was there to stop her & then just go to sleep. Next day the same procedure.

Her people in the office were scared of her. Any1 to come late or do any silly or not silly mistake was to directly reported to Kripa only. & Every1 in her office knew that messing up with her meant only 2 things 1- u loose ur job if Kripa is in a foul mood (which was 75%times) 2- a big lecture for 1hr atleast. & if u want to save urself from if plz see Sujal or Kasturi.

Suddenly there is a noise from the kitchen. Kripa gets sacred. She puts her coffee mug on the table & picks up a heavy vase from the table & proceeds towards the kitchen. She sees a man in the kitchen. she is right behind him. She is abt to hit him with the vase when he suddenly turns around & the vase falls from Kripas hand. She picks up the roller from the counter & starts hitting the guy. She starts shouting 4 help.

Kasturi Arman come down quickly. There is a thief in the house. Arman Kasturi Arman Kasturi Arman Kripa is shouting at the top of her voice while the thief is just yelping in pain.

Listening to all this noise Kasturi comes down rubbing her eyes. Hey (yawns) whats all this noise.

Kripa is till shouting Kasturi thank god at least u there here good go & get that sleepy head Arman here. This guy was trying to sneak in the house I jut got him
Within a few secs every servant in the house is up & comes into the living room while Kripa is still blabbering abt the thief & also hitting him at the same time but no1 is responding to her command. She turns around to shout at them. What will it take 4 u guys to take some action against this thief?

Kasturi who is wide awake by this time replies u to stop hitting my brother Arman. Just look at the guy I mean the thief u were hitting.

Kripa turns around & sees Arman whining in pain. She gives an embarrassed smile to every1. Y didnt any1 stop me. There r 7 people in this room & no1 stopped me. Do u think u would have stopped if v tried??? I think not. So leave it. Kasturi replies.

Will u guys stop fighting & help me? Arman shouts. Kripa Sure.

She asks the male servants to carry Arman to his room while Kripa gives them direction how o carry him in. Kasturi enters Armans room with the 1st aid box as Arman settles on his bed. Kasturi is treating Arman as Kripa starts bombarding him with questions. What were u doing at 2 in the morning sneaking in ur own house like this?
AR: I had a surgery so I was struck in the hospital till late. I was hungry & thought 2 grab a bite from the fridge before I was attacked.
K: oh
KS: but bro I thought u were going out 4 dinner with Ridz
AR: (embarrassed) I was but
K: let me guess u forgot again & Ridz was mad at u
AR: ya & she is still mad at me she is not even talking to me.
KS: when did u meet her to know that???
AR: she was with me at the surgery after the surgery when I tried talking to her she just pretended that I was not there only
K: by the way what were u doing today that u forgot ur dinner date with ur would to be wife???
AR: I was watching football match u know today was the world cup final
KS: then u deserve this beating from Kripa.
K: think it is from Ridz for being late as I know that she will never hit u
AR: but I still dont understand y & who gave u the right to hit me??? & what were u doing up so late Kripa???
K: (nervous) ummI I was I had to review a file 4 toms meeting with the Khanna Enterprise I was doing that only. I was sleepy so I decided to have a coffee.
AR: honestly love u work harder that I worked to get my degree. Any ways go to sleep now.
K: u too.
KS: & me 3 as I know no1 will tell me to go to sleep.
AR: sweetheart u will go to sleep even if v dont tell u to now beautiful ladies get out of my room & go to sleep. Good night to both of u.
