Hy adi, u r back with a bang. Loved the last fanfic. itwas great. I liked this part a lot. Kripa beat armaan that was cute. Her heart might not been broken by angad or maybe. wo toh next part mein pata chal sakta hain. anyhow cont soon. love it. I liked the relationship between her childhood freinds - armaan, kasturi, sujal, kashish and kripa.it was cute. wow so angad and robbie are total playboys. i hope they get sudhrufied soon. hehe. NEXT DAY: GEREWAL ENTERPRISE: KRIPAS CABIN:

The Gerewals were the top most industrialists in India & 3rd highest in the whole world. They owned or had shares in every industry possible. Kripa is the MD of almost of these companies along with 50% share holder in the companies owned by her brother & as now Sujal is on his delayed Honeymoon Kripa has his Power of Attorney to take decisions for his companies as well. She was busy with her work when her secretary & friend Jess reminded her that she had meeting with Mr. Khanna for the merger of their companies.
Mr. Dilip Khanna was Kripas fathers best friend. She had met the man only once or twice that too when she was abt 10yrs. Yet she remembered his to b a loving person. As was his wife. They had 2 sons strangely enough Kripa hadnt met either of them. Now their families wanted to merge their business to gain double the Profit + to b the top most industrialists in the world. Kripa had no problem working with any1 till the point her work was not interfered with.
She was still engrossed in her current file when their was a knock on her door. Thinking it was Jess coming to tell her to take a coffee break she paid no attention to it after mumbling a come in. When till 2mins there was no sound of any1 shouting at her for working so hard she looked up from her file when her heart stopped beating. In front of her stood the same face which was haunting her dreams since last 4years.
But he was looking more handsome now. His stubble was gone & he was clean shaven. He looked more handsome in his formal attire of a black coat Pant along with a white shirt & a black tie. His brown eyes looked more intense than they had 5yrs ago. His hair was pulled back nicely making his face vulnerable. He looked dangerously handsome.
The sec Angad Khanna had stepped into the room his heart had skipped a beat. He felt he had never seen such innocent beauty in his life. The girl had no make-up on except for a light lip gloss & an eye liner yet she looked beautiful. She was dressed in a white coloured tank top covered by light brown colour jacket. She was probably wearing a skirt below it which was not visible due to the big table on which she was working. Her hair was tied back leaving her bangs falling from the sides covered her face framing it beautifully. She had a thin platinum chain in her neck which had K locket in it. She was wearing small diamond earrings & had her rimless glasses on her eyes yet her eyes looked so innocent. She was so engrossed in her work that she didnt notice him sit down in front of her. For the 1st time in that day Angad was glad that Robbie was not there with him to meet Miss Gerewal as the woman was beautiful beyond imagination & he wouldnt want any1 else sharing his attention from her.
Kripa decided to get things under control when she remembered the heart ache he had given her & so many other girls.
K: may I know who u r???
A: well v had a meeting(Bringing his hand forward) hi I am Angad Khannaowner of Khanna Enterprise.
K: (in her mind) so his name is not Zaib. (Loudly) but I thought Dilip uncle was coming here for the meeting
Seeing the question in her eyes he pulls his hand back.
A: well dad was not keeping well so I came for this meeting.
K: fine. Mr. Khanna
A: (with a big smile) I will prefer Angad
K: (takes in a deep breath) Mr. Khanna I follow certain rules in this office 1st keep the business professionally NO personal relationship or emotions involved. 2nd b on time a sec lost is a deal failed. & I would like to point u that u r 5 mins late for todays meeting. I will not tolerate this the next time. 3rd I am doing this merger only 4 the sake of our family friendship as I dont appreciate any1 interfering with my work. Hope u got my points clear.
A: (mumbling) I just came to know that Hitler took a rebirth.
K: (with a sarcastic smile) sorry but I have been know worst than a Hitler by my office staff.
A: (embarrassed) I didnt want to b loud.
K: as I told u earlier I keep my emotions away from my office now lets start with the meeting. V will start with the contract papers & discuss the details.
A: but v still havent met formally (He brings his hand forward again)
This time Kripa shakes a hand with him. Both of them feel a current passing through them with a mere touch of hand. Kripa is able to cover it up but Angad is unable to do so as this was the 1st time he experienced it.
K: Miss Kripa Gerewal. U can call me Miss Gerewal.
A: I would prefer calling each other on 1st name basis
K: I would not v r professionals Mr. Khanna. Let it b like that only..
Kripa started reading the contact details while Angad kept staring at her & noticing her each & every gesture. More than once Kripa found him staring at her & had to bring him out of his dream land & repeat the clause. Finally the meeting finished.
A: so when r v signing the papers?
K: within 2 days. Read the papers once again as I am going to do just that & on ur way out u can fix an appointment with me from Jess my secretary.
A: (with a grin) how abt I fix an appointment with u on dinner tonight.
K: (shoots him an angry glare) u r forgetting my rule no.1 dont involve emotions with work it is a dangerous combination. So dinner with u is out of question. Plz shut the door on ur way out.
Saying so Kripa got back to reading her earlier file. Angad gave a defeated look & headed out.
It was the 1st time any girl had rejected him. From his 1st day in college today every girl he had asked out for dinner had given him a yes without any 2nd thought but Kripa sorry Miss Gerewal was different. Perhaps a challenge which Angad hadnt faced in a very long time & he decided to accept it. Angad was abt to tell her that if they had met earlier as he thought her face to b familiar but he wasnt able to place it where but the attitude shown by Kripa told him not to say that. Only god (& she herself) knew what she would do if he said that to her knowing it was a common line for flirting He promised himself to take Kripa out on a personal dinner very very soon
As soon as the door closed Kripa kept the file away which she was reading. She called Jess on her intercom & told her to hold her calls if possible & no meeting till 2hrs. if any meeting was urgent Kasturi could handle it. As the call finished Kripa closed her eyes & allowed the day 5yrs ago to come back in her mind which she had been blocking 4 such a long time. 5yrs ago her life had begun to change 4 the worst & today 5 years later changes were bound to happen for good or bad only time will tell
