Recap: Mr Mathur reveals to Simran that she is not Sanjana and that Ruhaan is right about her being his wife…..Ruhaan visits the Mathurs and wants to take Simran out for dinner….Simran again gets dizzy and takes some medicine….Ruhaan and Simran go out for dinner…
Ruhaan and Simran arrive at the restaurant. Its the same restaurant where they went for dinner for the first time. They are sitting at the table, its all romantic with candles and all like before. Ruhaan keeps gazing into Simrans eyes. Simran feels awkward but she also gazes in his eyes and gets shy and smiles. Ruhaan slowly reaches for Simrans hands and holds it in his hands. Simran gets shy and all and little stunned and looks at Ruhaan (in the background the song, kaisi hai yeh ruth ke jisme phool banke dil khile ghul rahe hai rang saare, ghul rahi hai khushbooein ...is playing) Ruhaan smiles back and says.
Ruhaan: Do you know Simran..You are looking very gorgeous. Jaante ho Simi meri zindagi ek ajab mor par aa raha tha aur phir tum aaye aur sab badalgaye. Simran jabse maine tumhe zindagi samdja hain meri zindagi ek zindagi si lagnelaga hai. Tu meri zindagi hai Simran, tuhi meri pehli kwahish aur tum hi aagri ho. Simran I love you more then anything.
Simran get tears in her eyes and is sad and also a little uncomfortable. She gets all kind of mixed feelings trying to understand them. Ruhaan gets worried and says
Ruhaan: Simran kya huwa, did i say something wrong? Tumhe bura laga to..
And he lets go of her hand thinking maybe Simran did not like it that he hold her hand. He just forgot for a second that the Simran that is infront of him does not remember his love for her or her past life with him.
Ruhaan: Simran I'm sorry aggar tumhe bura laga to…its just I'm so happy to have you back in my life to mujhse raha nahi gaya..
Simran: Nahi Ruhaan aisa kuch nahi hain..wo main…baat yeh hai ke...tum mujhe itna pyar karte ho aur mujhe kuch yaad nahi. That's why i got sad. Kaash meri yaadaash wapas aajaye. Ye sab jo tum abhi kaha tha aisa laghta hain ke jaise maine pehle bhi tumse suna ho..but i don't remember it. I don't know what to say. Mera dil bhi kuch kehta hain lekin..par kya kehna chahta hain wo main nahi samachta…kyon mere saath aisa ho raha hain..mujhe kuch nahi yaad hain, main kaun ho, meri shaadi tumse kab huwa…tum please mujhe bataoge..?
Ruhaan: Please Simran tum please mat rowo. Main tumhe rotha huwa nahin dekh sakta..Dekho main hoon naa tumhare saath. Don't worry..sab kuch teekh hojaye ga..tum dekhna dheere dheere tumhe sab kuch yaad aajayega. I'll do anything to bring back your memory Simran..
And Ruhaan wipes her tears from her cheeks and caresses her cheeks. Simran smiles a little. Ruhaan just wanted to tell her everything and just at that moment the waiter arrives with the food. They awkwardly smile to each other and takes the food from the waiter.
Over at the Oberoi's family everyone is about to have dinner and are seated at the dining table. Abhishek and Inder enter the house. Madhvi right away notices that Ruhaan is not with them.
Madhvi: Abhishek..beta tum aur Inder akele..Ruhaan kaha hain?
Abhishek: Ruhaan? Wo..mom Ruhaan..
Naresh: Kya huwa beta..koi urgent meeting aagaya tha?
Abhishek: Nahin dad woh Ruhaan bahar dinner karne gaya hain..woh Sim...Simran ke saath.
Sandya Chachi suddenly shows interest in the discussion and is not happy that Ruhaan went with Simran and butts right away in the discussion.
Sandya Chachi: My my my..Ruhaan ko yeh nahi karna chaheye tha. Kaun jaane wo ladki Simran hi hain ya koi aur jo Ruhaan ko trap karna chahti hain. Parchaiji mujhe to lakta hain ke hum mein kuch karna chahiye…Ruhaan se baat karna chahiye..wo kaise kehsakta hain ke wo ladki Simran hi hain. Maine to use pehle samdjane ki koshish kiya tha par usne mere baat sunne ko tayyar nahi tha..
Dadi: arre daughter in law aggar Ruhaan ka dil kehta hain ke wo Simran hi hain to wo Simran hi hai. Aur waise bhi yeh sab dil ki baat hain jo tumhari department ka nahi hain.. darling tum nahi samdjo ge..
Everyone is smiling and Sandya looks on irritated at Dadi and forces a fake smile on her face.
Naresh: Arre ye to achha baat hain ke Ruhaan, Simran ke saath kuch waqt beethane gaya hain..shaayad ye teekh hoga Simran ke liyee..aur hosakta hain uske yaadaash teekh hojaaye..?
Madhvi: Main aapse sahmat hoo…Matarani aisa kare ke meri Simran chaldi se teekh hojaaye aur apni ghar wapas aajaye..
Dadi: rab kare aisa hi hoon puttar…jabse Simran wapas aagayi hain..maine Ruhaan ki chehre pe phirse jeene ki chaahat notice kiya hain…
Everyone is happy except for Sandya Chachi who looks angry and thinks
Sandhya Chachi to herself: Satyanaas ho…mujhe hi kuch karna parega warna yeh ladki phirse mera plan chaupath kardega..Is baar main aisa khel khelungi ke koi soch nahi paaye ga ke maine yeh sab kiya hain. I wonder what happened to that Suhana. Lagta hain mujhe use ek visit to dina parega.
And she has her evil smile on her face..
Back at the restaurant Ruhaan and Simran has finished their dinner and are talking about the past. Ruhaan told everything to Simran. How they got married and everything about the problems that chachi created, how Simran's chachu got killed and how she saved Abhishek and he also told her how Suhana came into their lives and almost ruined everything. Simran could not believe that the girl whom she had helped played such a nasty game with her that almost destroyed their life. Ruhaan was just about to tell Simran about the biggest mistake that he ever made with Suhana and till now regretted, but just at that moment the waiter arrives with chocolate pastries. Ruhaan smiles and Simran gets all excited..
Simran: waw..chocolate pastries..yeh to mera favorite hain..pata nahin kyon par yeh mujhe bahut ache lagte hain..
Ruhaan smiles and looks adorably at Simran who enjoying her pastry. Ruhaan remembers the time when Simran was trying to change his mood with chocolate pastries and how he was running after her and had a romantic moment..
Simran: Ruhaan..Ruhaan kya huwa..tum nahin kaa rahe ho. It's chocolate pastry…kya soch rahe ho ruhaan..
Ruhaan smiles at her and snaps out of the past and comes back in the present
Ruhaan: Kuch nahi Simran…jaante ho everytime when i was irritated and not in the mood you always tried to change my mood with chocolate pastries…
Simran smiles: And did i succeeded in changing your mood?
Ruhaan: ya you always did…i always fell for it. And then we would laugh and..
Simran: And..then? Phir kya…?
Ruhaan: Phir..phir main tumhe apne baahon mein bhar leta tha aur hum ek duuje mein koh jaate the..
Simran gets shy and smiles and they gaze again into each others eyes..Suddenly the song Vaada Raha pyar se pyar ka ab hum na honge judaa is playing..Simran listen to the song and says..
Simran: Jaante ho Ruhaan…this song..mujhe bahut pasand hain..patta nahin kyon par bahut achha lakta hain..i feel so attached to this song..
Ruhaan smiling: I know why you like this song…coz this is our song Simran…Pehli baar jab humne saath mein dance kiya tha to this song was playing..that is why you feel so attached to this song..i think…to kya kehto ho..kya aap mere saath dance karogi..
Simran smiles: What…dance aur yahaan pe? Ruhaan koi nahi dance kar raha hain..
Ruhaan: To kya huwa…dance karne ki liyee jaaga tohri deka jaata hain..aur waise bhi yeh to hamari song hain to aur lok kaise ispe dance karenge…
And Ruhaan reaches out his hands and Simran smiling shyly and puts her hand in his hand. They walk away from the table and are dancing..and gazing into each others eyes..Ruhaan has that killer look that he always have, his look so full of love that makes every gal melt 😍 and Simran also looking at him with her adorable, gorgeous aankhen jisme har koi (the guys then) doobh jaana chahta hai… 😳 Their dancing close to each other. Ruhaans both hands are on Simrans hips and Simrans hands on Ruhaans shoulders…their face close to each other. The song is almost ending and Ruhaan touches Simrans cheeks and they both move slowly towards each other and when they almost kiss..Simran immediatly pulls back and walks away and goes back to the table from Ruhaan. Ruhaan realizes it and they both feel awkward and shy. Ruhaan walks to Simran..
Simran looking down: Ruhaan..wo main..I'm sorry
And she turns away and is standing with her back towards Ruhaan. Ruhaan walks towards her turns her again so that she can face him and touches her chin and lifts her head so that she can look him in his eyes..
Ruhaan: Nahin Simran…I'm sorry…patta nahin mujhe kya hogaya tha..For a minute i forgot about your memory aur main behekgaya tha.. You don't have to look down or be sad..or think that i'm dissappointed..aisa kuch nahi hain..tum please cheer up and smile…warna main raat bar nahin soh pawonga..
Simran smiles and they walk back at their table.
Ruhaan: Aur Simran ek aur baat..chocolate pastries mera bhi favorite hain
And they both start smiling again. After they finish their pastries Simran goes to the ladiesroom while Ruhaan calls for the waiter to pay the bill..
Simran: I'll be right back
Ruhaan: It's ok…main tumhara wait karta hoon
On her way to the ladiesroom Simran is thinking about everything that they talked and about the almost kiss that happened. She goes into the ladiesroom and stares to herself in the mirror and thinks
Simran thinking: Why couldn't I stop myself from kissing Ruhaan. Why can't I remember him. It feels so right when I'm with him or when his hands touch me.. Please god make me remember him..i want to remember him…mann karta hain ke main raat bar uske baaten sunno…
And just as she wanted to leave the ladies room, Simran again gets a little dizzy and she stops…She touches her head and the dizziness doesn't go away this time..
Simran to herself: O god yeh yeh mujhe kya horaha hain…
And the dizziness gets worse. Simran goes outside and walks in the corridor but she just can't walk forward it feels like the ground beneath her feet is moving and it gets all dark in front of her eyes and suddenly everything is dark and stops…
In the other hall across the corridor is Ruhaan waiting for Simran. He paid the bill of the food. He wonders why Simran is gone so long..
Ruhaan to himself: Simran ko to ab tak aajana chahiye tha. Its almost 15 min that she left. Main jaa kar dekhta hoon.
He walks over from the hall where he was standing and enters the corridor and is slowly walking towards the ladiesroom. Suddenly he stops and shockingly looks at Simran who is lying unconscious on the ground. It feels like the earth is vanished from beneath his feet. He runs towards Simran, takes her in his arms and yells her name
Ruhaan anxiously: Simran!!!! Simran!!! Aankhen kholo please…o god tumhe kya hogaya..!!?? Simran!!
He picks her up and runs with her to the restaurant and calls out to someone to call the ambulance. Within a few minutes the ambulance arrive and Simran is taken to a hospital. Ruhaan also goes to the hospital in the ambulance. In the hospital Simran is checked in and some doctors are looking at her. Ruhaan is waiting in the waitingroom and calls Mr Mathur who arrives with Mrs Mathur in the hospital and all of them wait for the doctor to come with some news…Ruhaan is worried and just praying for Simran tobe ok…
