Naina was worried about his deterioting health and didn't want him to get hit by any of the bullets so she shielded him. Rajveer on the other hand was worried about her safety because he needed her to stay alive after him as only she could bring justice to him and Naveen. He wanted her to not worry about him and leave the place with Abhimanyu.

It did go in their favour as Abhimanyu did mange to convince the judge that these cadets have broken several rules in the past but they have done more good deeds to prove them as being capable cadets of the KMA. Then he also mentioned of how Naina did shoot Rajveer but who was he, a traitor. He had to put a stone over his heart to say all that in court but he had no choice as he had to save all of them.
