Druve: artii tum abhi hosh mein nahein ho

Artii: hosh!(she yells) hosh tu mein tab kho bethi thi jaab tum ne vedika ki maang bhari hai jis mein mera haak tha

Druve: wat r u talking abt mein ne tumein hamesha aik dost ki naazro mein dekha hai aik acchi dost i can't beleive this this is u

Artii: wahi tu druve tum ne kabhi bhi mujhe smajne ki kosish nahein ki meri pyaar ko bachpan se lekaar aaj tak mein tumari pyaar ke liye tarap ti rahee (she cries wen she spits those dialogs) tumari intezaar karti rahee that one day u will express ur feelings for me u will say that u will luv me but everything went wrong jaab se yeh vedika ayee hai humari bich (see screams)

vedika is scare she is shaking druve is still holding her tight

Druve: listen artii (he is trying to console her sumhow he leaves vedika sitting stands up trying to come near artii so he can get rid of that knife)

vedika is shocked by hearing this

Episode 70

Aarti and Dhruv. Dhruv holds onto a table as he tries to get up. Aarti's hair is over her face. The knife is in her hands and is pointing towards Dhruv.

Dhruv: [out of breath] Dekho Aarti...Tum samajti kyon nahin.

Meanwhile Vedika is trying to keep her eyes open and is holding her head and strectching her eyes to see whats happening.

Aarti: Dhruv tum kyon nahin samajrahe....yeh Vedika hamare beech aarahi hai [she goes towards him and is acting like a psycho, she gets hold of his hand] Chalo Dhruv hum yaha se chalte hai, main jaanti hoon ke tum mere bager nahin reh- [cut off by Dhruv, who snatches his hand off Aarti]

Dhruv: [shouts] NAHIN! Mein tumse pyar nahin karsakta. Tum mera ateet ho jisko maine kab ka bhula chooka hai. Mein sirf aur sirf Vedika ko pyar karta hoon. [Vedika gets up still holding her head]. Aur mein uske bina jee nahin sakta! [quietens down a bit] Main tumhara kabhi tha hi nahin Aarti.

Aarti has a shocked face, is speechless....and starts walking away. She has her back to Dhruv and Vedika [They are forming a triangle]

Dhruv: [calm] Dekho Aarti...tum meri achi dost ho. Bas..aur kuch nahin.

Aarti with tears in her eyes. Turns round to Dhruv.

Aarti: Mein samajgayi Dhruv...mein samajgayi. Shahyad tum teekh kerahe ho...tum mere kabhi thi nahin. [hold her forehead] Pata nahin mujhe kya hogaya tha. [Vedika and Dhruv are shocked at first but then have a sigh of relief] I'm really sorry! Kya tum mujhe maaf karsakte ho?

Dhruv: Kaisi baat karahi ho....dosti mein sorry nahin kehte [puts her hand on her cheek]

Aarti: lekin mein Vedika se maafi maangna chahati hoon. Sabse zyaada gunegaar mein uski hoon.

She walks towards Vedika

Aarti: Vedika...

Vedika: Aarti kuch kehne ki zaroorat nahin...main-[cut off by Aarti]

Aarti holds Vedika's hand with her left hand.

Aarti: Nahin Vedika maine tumhe bahut dook pochaya hai. Main to maafi ke layak bhi nahin.

Vedika: [gives a smile] Tumhe apni galti ka ehsaas hogaya mere liye itna hi kaafi hai.

Aarti: [with a stern and angry face] Lekin mere liye kaafi nahin..

Vedika is confused.

Vedika: kya matlab?

Aarti: Vedika...agar mein Dhruv ki nahin ho sakti...........[slowly] To tum bhi nahin ho sakti.

Vedika rises her shoulder in shock.

Aarti: Mere khoon ke liye tum zimedaar hogi....

Aarti takes Vedika's hand and makes her stab the knife into Aarti's stomach......😲

Both Vedika and Dhruv are shocked!

Vedika is completly still and lifeless. Aarti's had blood all over her dress, and her face is all sweaty with pain. She eventually drops onto the floor....covered with blood. Dhruv runs to Vedika who has bloody hands and some splashed on her face...still in shock. Dhruv tries to make her move...

Dhruv: Vedika!! Vedika!!

Vedika turns her face slowly towards him

Vedika: [quietly] Maine uska khoon kardiya...

Dhruv: [shouting] Nahin Vedika...tumne kuch nahin kiya...[Vedika faints in DHruv's arm] Vedika! Vedika!! [Trys to wake her up]

He looks around the room for water, he looks towards the door and his stop. A waiter had witnessed it...Dhruv's gasps.

Dhruv: Suno!!

The Waiter just runs away...

Dhruv: [confused, crying,scared] Ab mein kya karoon....

What's going to happen next? Who will take the blame? What is going to happen to Dhruv and Vedika?

Episode 71

Dhruv: Vedika...stay here, im just coming. He lifts up vedika and puts her in the bed, kahin muth jana!

Dhruv runs out of the room, sweating and is looking for the waiter, he looks on the ground floor, top floor...everywhere. He just cant find him He is out of breathe..he leans onto a wall and slowly slides down, panting heavily..

Dhruv: Kya karo..kya karo..!!!

..Just as he is thinking he sees 3 armed police officers walking towards him with the waiter guy. Dhruv panics, he seems tense. He swallows hard and the police guy comes up to him.

Police: bends down slightly because dhruv is sitting on the floor, he takes out his hand, hi i am senior commisioner malhotra..dhruv doesnt shake his hand, he is still worried.

Malhotra: I believe there has been a murder in ur hotel room?

Dhruv: Woh..

The waiter guy interrupts..

Waiter: Sab jhi, dont worry..ive told the police everything i saw

Dhruv: Kya..kya dekha..maine kuch nahin..woh...

Waiter: Maine dekha ke, woh ladki...she was trying to harm ur wife but instead she harmed herself...and before she stabbed herself she handed ur wife the knife to make it seem as if she is the murderer..but saabjhi, dont u worry..ive brought the police here to tell them the truth. I saw everything.

Dhruv stand up straight and immediately hugs the waiter, and has tears in his eyes

Dhruv: I cant tell u how much i owe u

Waiter: Saab jhi yeh mera farz tha.

Malhotra: I think hamare desh main abhi bhi honest log hai..😆

Dhruv: Haan..and dhruv smiles...hes drenched with sweat though from all that running

Police: Sir, i think we should remove the body..

Dhruv: (thinks to himself) aarthi's dead...oh my god, yeh kya ho gaya...thank god main aur vedika bach gaye warna hum jail main hotey...bhagwan aap ka lakh lakh shukar hai.

The police, dhruv and the waiter reach dhruv's room. Vedika is not there.

Dhruv: Vedika..tum kaha ho?

Vedika is in the bathroom, shes locked herself in, after hearing dhruv's voice..she comes out.

Vedika: Dhruv!!! She hugs him and cries her heart out. She sees the police and gets worried

Dhruv holds her face..."dont worry vedika..everything is fine"

5 mins later the ambulance comes and takes away aarthi's body, vedika is frightened of the body...the reason why she locked herself in the bathroom.

Dhruv: Shhh..ved, dont worry, ab aarthi hume kuch nahin kar sakthi...😡

Malhotra: Dhruv sab, You will need to come to jail with us..to give a statement along with ur wife and the waiter. I would be grateful if u cud do this today...and dont worry, everything will be fine now..acha main chalta ho.

Waiter: Main bhi..

Vedika: (frightened still) Dhruv...aarthi...shes going to take u away from me nah? Vedika cries 😭

Dhruv wipes her tears..no jaan, im urs forever and ever.....(god i wish he wud say this in the ACTUAL drama 😭)

Preview: Dhruv and vedika arrive home safely, will dhruv feel guilty for aarthi's murder and wat will vedika think abt all dat has happened..does she feel safe nemore? 😕 hehe...V.S.R...u decide! 😃 And sorry for ruining their honeymoon again 😆

A weel later......

Its afternoon time, vedika nad dhruv are sitting under a tree...(Ab yeh mat puchna ke Newyork mein jhad kaha se aaya...they are in a park)...

Dhruv is sitting with his back against the tree..and vedika is in his lap😉..with her head resting on his chest...his left palm on the back of her skull...

Dhruv: ( breaths out) aaj mausam kitna aacha hain na

Vedika: ( relaxed) Haan....jabse woh chudal humari zindagi se chali gayi...humari khushiya firse aagayi...

Dhruv: Arre aisa mat kaho...bechari ki aadma ko chain nahi milega

Vedika: Na mile to hi accha hain! Jeete jeete to usne meri zindagi haram karti..ab marte marte bhi haram karegi kya?

Dhruv; marte marte...kya matlab?

Vedika; Ab dekho na...is baat ko ek hafta ho chuka...aur tum abhi ussi ki baare me soch rahe hoo....aur humara honeymoon bhi uski ke chkkar me reh gaya...

Dhruv: ohhhhhhhhhhh to tumeh honeymoon ki paddi hain

Vedika; aur nahi to kya..us kalmuli ke chakkar me..din-raat court kacheri jaana pada...aur meien socha tha ke hum Ney York aayenge..to hum koi disturb nahi karega....lekin meri sootan pata nahi kaha se tapak padi😡

Dhruv: Apni sootan ko maaro goli...waise accha hua ke mar gayi...kabse kam dhrati s eke bhooj to kam hua...

Vedika: Haan! Ab tum usse bhool jao...tum romance par concentrate karo na😆😆

Dhruv: Oh yes ofcourse jaan, tum batao ab kya kare hum..Jis kaam ke liye mein yaha par aaya tha..woh to khatam ho gaya ( lol..i dunno kis business ke liye woh ney york aaya tha) ..islyeh ab to time hi time hain.....

Vedika; thank god!..Tumhara business ka bhi kaam ho gaya...aur woh kamini bhi mar gayi...aur ab bache sirf hum dono...to kya plans hain tumhare?

Dhruv : ( bringing her closer..cuddling up) mere plans....socha raha tha ke thode bacche kacche ho jaate to maza aa jaati😉

Vedika: ( smiles) Accha? Kitne?

Dhruv: Yahi koi teen char dozen bacche

Vedika; TEEN CHAR DOZEN bacche? tumahra deemak to kharaab nahi ho gaya...itne saare bacche.....meri to death hi ho jaayegi!

Dhruv: Kyun? accha idea nahi hain...chalo na ...pehle wala kio tayari karte hain..( he sits up aliitle)

Vedika; ( moves back)What?????

Dhruv: ( puts hsi arms around her) haa chalo na

Vedika; ( quickly stands up) Pagal ho gaye ho kya...yaha park mein..tumhara deemak to theek hain na

Dhruv: 9s tands up) To kya hua...yeh sab ko kya karna hain....( puts his arsm around her..bringing ehr closer) jo kuch bhi karna hain...I am afraid mujhe hi karna hoga😉

Dhruv moves reallt close to her..

Vedika:( moving back) khabar daar jo mere paas bhi aaye to

Dhruv: arre sharamao mein hi to hoon...😉

Saying this he walks towards her..vedika runs for her life..dhruv runs after her

Dhruv: ( while running after her) arre kah chali meri chamiya😉

Vedika: ( while running) Apne loondiye ke paas😉

Episode 73

Its Diwali time!!👏 The night is glowing with fireworks, families are preparing for the festival. In the Raizada household the ladies have called home a shopkeeper to buy sarees. Each and every lady is downstairs looking at the beautiful clothes, except Vedika...who is in her bedroom, getting ready! She is putting on her jewllery in front of the mirror. Dhruv comes up behind her, and puts his arms round her waist and head on her bare shoulder.

Dhruv: Yeh tayariya mere liye horahi hai?

Vedika: Aisi galat femi mein mat rehna...[still trying out different necklaces, and shaking her head] Kaunsa necklace pehnu? Kuch madat karo na...

Dhruv: [lets go of her, and looks down on the dressing table to see 3/4 different types of necklaces...he see's the mangalsutra there, and puts it round her neck] Humein to yeh haar sabse zyaada pasand hai! [Both smile in the mirror]

Vedika: [changes her face] Acha choro mujhe...tumhe to kuch nahin aata. Main hi kuch dundhti hoon

Dhruv sits on the bed, rests his head on his hand looking bored. Eventually after 10 minutes Vedika is ready...but Dhruv has fallen asleep sitting up. Vedika notices this in the mirror and goes upto him.

Vedika: Dhruv! [shakes him] Dhruv!

Dhruv: [opens his eyes] kya hai?

Vedika: [poses] Kaisi lag rahi hoon?

Dhruv: [yawns] Very nice!

Vedika: [moans like a child] Dhruuuvvvvv!!

Dhruv: [opens his eys wider] Kahan to sahi...bahut achi lagrahi ho.

Vedika: Acha to mein neech jaarahi hoon!

Dhruv suddenly stands up

Dhruv: Main bhi chaloon?

Vedika: Koi zaroorat nahin...neeche sab larkiyan hai. Aap waha jaake kya karege? [Teasingly]

Dhruv: Saree khareedooga!

Vedika: Kiskilye?

Dhruv: [without thinking] Mere liye!

Vedika: Huh?

Dhruv: Um...mera matlab [goes upto Vedika] Meri patni liye! [puts his arm round her shoulder]

Vedika: [pushes his arms off] Jao Jao!! Main karloogi apni shopping!

Vedika walks off downstairs to the hall to join the other ladies. Dhruv however scratches his head...

Dhruv: [to himself] Arre...mein kya akela karooga!

He strolls from one side of the room to the other with his hands behind his back! Stops....

Dhruv: Nahin...mujhe bhi shopping karni hai! Mein bhi neeche jaoonga! ha!

Dhruv walks down in his cream kurta pyjama!😛 Notices the ladies there, stops for a second but decided to carry on...and walks very proudly.

The shopkeeper is on the floor....colourful sarees are spead everywhere. Ladies are chatting loudly and sitting on the sofa. Vedika is sitting on the arm of the sofa! Dhruv comes up quietly behind her and pats her shoulder...

Dhruv: [whispers] Vedika

Vedika:[turns round and gasps] Dhruv! Tum yaha!

Dhruv: Shhhhh...

But too late all the ladies have turned towards him, and they all laugh including Vedika. They all look at him...😆

Kavita: Dhruv...tum yaha kya karahe ho?

Dhruv: Woh mein...mein woh....haan, paani peene aaya tha!

Titli Mami: Hai Hai puttar...meri to death hi hojayegi....kitchen to udhar hai [points the far left corner] Tu idhar kya karaha hai?

All start laughing.

Dhruv: [embarressed] haan...woh mein abhi peeke aaya hoon.

Vedika smiling as she knows ke Dhruv jooth bolraha hai!😆

Dhruv: Mein woh Vedika se kuch puchne aaya tha...

Vedika: [patronising] Haan Dhruv pucha na? [giggles]

Dhruv: Wo mein...

They all start laughing again.

Kavita: Acha acha...Dhruv tumhe jo kehna hai kehdo. Hum nahin sunege!

Vedika: [protests] Nahin mummyji Dhruv se kahiye ke jo bhi zaroori baat hai woh kal kare....[smiles cheekily]

Kavita: Arre...vedika sun bhi lo kya keraha hai.

They all continue their shopping...pondering over which saree is nice and which isn't! Vedika still has her back to Dhruv...

Vedika: [quietlyu but strictly] Kya hai?

Dhruv: [smiling comes more closer] Woh kya hai....[he starts touching her blouse and un does a hook😳😳, Vedika gasps]

Vedika:[even more quietly, but sounds as if she is pleading] Dhruv...yeh tum kya karahe ho?

Dhruv: [undoes one more😳, and bends down to her ear and silently] Mein yeh to kehne aaya tha...tumhara blouse peeche se khula hai😳😳.

Vedika turns red with embarrasment, but gives Dhruv evils who is has a huge grin on his face. SHe hold her blouse from the back... gets up and starts walking away.

Kavita: Vedika kya hua? Khari kyon hogayi?

All look at her. Vedika gives a false smile...

Vedika: Woh mummyji mein kuch apne room mein bhulgayee abhi lekar aati hoon!

Vedika rushes upstairs to her room, and Dhruv follows when all the ladies are busy again.

Vedika's back is facing the mirror and she is looking behind to see if she has got the hook. She's getting frustrated...

Vedika: Yeh Dhruv bhi na...[drops her hand, and tries again]

Dhruv comes in folding arms and smiling...Vedika is angry when she see's him!

Vedika: Tum mere paas mat aana...

Dhruv carries on walking till he is right upto her body. Vedika looks upto him.

Dhruv:[nicely] Main kardoon?

Vedika: Koi zaroorat nahin, mein karsakti hoon [and carries on trying]

Dhruv doesn't say anything this time but just puts his hands round her blouse and starts doing the hooks😳😳. Vedika has put her hands on his arms and gives into his eyes which have captured hers.😳 She just helplessly carries on looking into his eyes, and he eventually does the last hook. He takes his arms off...and gives a charming smile.

Dhruv: Hogaya...

Vedika: [jumps a bit] Huh? [Feels her back to see her blouse is all hooked up, she smiles]

Dhruv: Ab jao....

Vedika gets all shy and runs from there. Dhruv continues to smile with his arm folded!

At about 8:30 or so, the ladies finish buying their sarees, vedika goes upstairs to her bedroom to call down dhruv because they are having a firework display outside.

Vedika enters the room, dhruv is sittin on the sofa watching t.v., vedika is behind him, she puts her hands over his eyes...

Vedika: Guess who?

Dhruv: mmm..who can dat be?(sarcasm 😆)

Vedika: laughs..😆

Dhruv: Maybe its..maybe...AARTHI!

Vedika: Dhruuuvv!! 😡 😆

Dhruv turns around.."main mazak kar raha tha...jaanu" 😆

Vedika: Haan haan, jo bhi...😡 Acha suno...come downstairs to the garden, fireworks are starting.

Dhruv: Mujhe nahin jaan!

Vedika: Kyon?

Dhruv: (stands up from the sofa, and puts his hands on vedika shoulders and gets closer to her 😳) We dont need any fireworks..there are already enough sparks between us 😉

Vedika: (laughs and pushes herself away from dhruv) I'll be waiting for you downstairs...

Vedika leaves the room.

Dhruv: (to himself) damn! i want her sooo badly 😆 chal dhruv...lets go down.

Vedika is running down the stairs, on the last step she slips and falls, nobody is inside so nobody hears her.

Vedika: Ouch ouch...my feet!!!!!!!!!! 😭

Dhruv is already coming down the stairs and sees vedika sitting on the floor with her hand on her ankle, dhruv laughs.

Vedika: Haan, haan tum hasso...!! 😭

Dhruv: Kya hoya?

Vedika: I decided to sit on the floor! (sarcasm)

Dhruv: Wow...i only asked! 😆 Its your fault..u were in a hurry to see the fireworks, i told u we could have made explosive fireworks upstairs 😆

Vedika: Dhruv, just shut up okay!!! 😡

Dhruv: Acha baba..hehe, he kneels down and lends a hand to vedika.

Vedika stand up and moves one feet forward..

Vedika: Ouch, ouch, dhruv i cant walk

Dhruv: mmmm...well, im not going to lift you like last time..tum bahut moti ho gaye ho 😆

Vedika: Gives an evil look to dhruv 😆

Dhruv: Acha, lean on my shoulder..

Scene 75 (Thanks Daadi 😆)

They walk outside, Vedika, leaning on Dhruv, her left arm around his neck. He has his right arm around her. Outside, the fireworks have already started. Everyone is standing, looking at them, awed. They are too busy clapping and 'aaahing' and 'ooohing' to notice Vedika and Dhruv. Everyone exceot Tara. She happens to turn around and she notices Vedika limping. She runs towards them.

Tara: [worried] Bhabhi! Kya huwa aap ko?

She reaches the two and takes Vedika's left arm, her face worried.

Dhruv: [laughs] Tumhari bhabhi ko fireworks dekhne ki bahot shok thi na. 😆

Vedika makes a face at Dhruv as Tara and Dhruv lead her to some chairs lining the wall at the back.

Vedika: [annoyed] I don't see the joke!

Tara looks at the two and smiles secretly, knowingly 😉. Dhruv and Tara settle her down on the chair and Dhruv sits down next to her and lazily puts his left arm around her chair.

Tara: [looking back towards the fireworks and then back at Vedika] Bhabhi? Aap teekh to ho na? [she glances back towards the crowd]

Vedika smiles.

Vedika: I'll be perfectly okay! [she indicates towards the crowd who are errupting in cheers as a particularly beautiful set of firwewoks are displayed] Tum jao..

Tara: [unsure] Sure bhabhi?

Vedika: [firm] Haan Tara tum jao..[she turns her face to Dhruv, a smirk on her face] Waisey, mera ghulam hein mere dekhbal ke liye..Kyun ji? [she raises her eyebrows in a 'what do u say' expression]

Dhruv sticks his tongue out at her 😆

Tara laughs and shakes her head before running back to join the rest of the family/relatives/friends.

Vedika: Ab zaban ko andar karo..warna log sochenge ke mera pati kutta hein 😆[she turns towards the fireworks] Aur fireworks ko dekho! [Her eyes shine excitedly as she points to some rockets which have taken off]

Dhruv shakes his head and smiles. He can't take his eyes off Vedika. She looks particularly beautiful under the colourful lights of the fireworks and the moon shining into her face. Plus her excited face.😉

Dhruv: [to himself, regretfully, still gazing at Vedika clapping her hands] Time waste ho rahan hein yaha man! [He glances at the fireworks for a second and then back at Vedika, thinking] Ye fireworks kuch nahi compared to the explosive fireworks which could be taking place kamre mein 😆

Dhruv is so lost looking at Vedika 😉

Vedika is enjoying the firweworks when she glances to her right and sees Dhruv staring at her. She frowns

Vedika: Dhruv?

Vedika: [louder] Dhruv!

Dhruv shakes his head.

Dhruv: [shaking his head as if awoken from a daydream 😆] Huh..kya?

Vedika raises her eyebrows

Vedika: So gaye the kya? 😆 [she turns her face towards the fireworks again] Look at the beautiful fireworks!

Dhruv: [smiling naughtiliy, leans a bit closer to Vedika] I was looking at the most beautiful firework ever!😉

Vedika: [turns her head back to Dhruv, confused] Kya?..what? [and it suddenly clicks] Oh! [she blushes and turns back to the fireworks, but her eyes are lowered] Dhruv tum bhi na! Don't you think of any...[She's cut off by Dhruv]

Dhruv: [leaning a bit more closer to Vedika..so that his lips are like a few inches away from Vedika's cheek] [huskily] Chalo na...

Vedika: [Blushing more, heart beating fast][softly] Kahan?

Dhruv: [getting a bit more closer] [huskily] Wahan...jaha do pyaar karne waale khud fireworks banaate hein...

Vedika: [shocked, but still not turning her face towards Dhruv] Dhruv!

Dhruv: [sounding almost desperate] Oh come on jaan! Kyu tarparahi ho mujeh...[he leans forward even a little more so that his lips are half an inch away from Vedika's cheek]

Vedika suddenly stands up

Vedika: Dhruv! Kuch sharam karo! Yaha sab ke saamne.. [she waves her hands about indicating all the people]

Dhruv sighs and leans back on his chair.

Just then a spectacular set of fireworks go off, lighting up the sky in pretty colours of red, green, blue and gold..spelling out 'Diwali Mubarak'

Everyone is clapping. Vedika looks up and gets all excited, and starts clapping. She starts walking towards the crowd to join them. But she suddenly stops. She can't move any further ahead. Dhruv has caught hold off the end of her saree 😉. She turns around and sees Dhruv clasping the end off her saree, a lovesick expression on his face.😆

Vedika: [embarassed and acutely aware of the crowd of people][loud whsiper] Dhruv! Choro mujeh!

Dhruv: [shakes his head][huskily] Nahi...Not today!

Vedika: [grits her teeth] Dhruv! Mummy ji ko bulao? [threatening]

Dhruv: [stands up][smiles] Aaj tum Ram Bhagwaan ko bhi bulalo..to bhi mein tumhe nahi chorunga 😆 [He raises his eyebrows and indicates with his head towards the door] Chale? [He winks]

Vedika: [ To herself] Ye kaisa zidd hein! Isko to sabaq sikhana hi parega

Vedika smiles sweetly and walks slowly towards him

Dhruv: [to himself, excitedly] Maanagyi! Wah wah Dhruv..aaj Baghwan tumhara saath hein ..[he looks at her walking towards him][to himself] Yeee babyyyy 😆

Vedika walks right up to him. He is still holding on tightly on to her saree end. She looks into his eyes and puts her right hand on his arm, massaging it slowly. Then she suddenly looks beyond his shoulder and..

Vedika: [shocked] Mummy ji aap?

Dhruv's eyes pop out his head. His expression becomes serious and he drops her saree end and turns round, prepared to give some bahana to his mum . 😆

Dhruv: [scared] Maa mein to sirf....[he trails off to see there is no-one there] 😆 [he frowns]

Dhruv realises he's been tricked and he turns round back to Vedika..But Vedika has already run away (her feet are better now)..He catches her disappearing into the crowd

Dhruv: [calls out] Vedika! Tum...[he shakes his head helplessly and smiles] Vedika my darling..you have won the battle..but not the war 😉..[he sits back down on his chair and sighs, smiling][to himself] Ye larki tumhe pagal banadegi 😆

It's 2 am...finally all the guests have left..and the Raizada house is quiet. In the living room, Dhruv and Viren are talking aout the plans for the next day.

Dhruv: [yawns and stretches] Okay papa..mein chala [to himself] Before Vedika goes to sleep 😆 Kuch kaam baki hein 😉

Viren: [Nods] Okay son...goodnight.

Dhruv runs to the staircase.

Dhruv: Goodnight papa

As Dhruv climbs the stairs, whistling 😆..He bumps into Antriksh.

Antriksh: [holding onto the wall trying to steady himself] Steady on Dhruv..Itni jaldi kya hein ?

Dhruv: [guiltily] Sorry bhayya..[without thinking] I'll be late for the fireworks [And he runs off upstairs] 😆

Antriksh is left standing there, deeply puzzled

Antriksh: [puzzled] Fireworks? Fireworks to do gante pehle khatam...[he shakes his head and continues his decent down the stairs] Bechara bahot thak gaya hoga..isliye ..😆

Dhruv enters his bedroom. It's empty. He looks around, suprised.

Dhruv: [to himself] Vedika kahan hein?

He suddenly spots the balcony door open. He smiles and walks towards the balcony. He sees Vedika standing at the rail, in a cream nighty, which is ankle length and has spaghetti straps. Her back is to him. Her hair is blowing in the wind.

Slowwlyy..he walks towards her, smiling. When he is right behind her, he puts his hand on top of hers on the rail and presses his chest towards her back, placing his chin on her right shoulder. She gasps.

Vedika: [scared, because she thought she was alone] Kaun?...

Dhruv: Shhhhhh [he kisses her shoulder]

Vedika: [her heart beating dhak dhak..she closes her eyes as she shudders under Dhruv's touch and kiss] Dhruv...

Dhruv doesnt reply. He continues kissing her shoulder and her neck, gently but desperately. She instinctively moves her head an angel to give him more space. She melts against his back. She lets go off the railing and he intertwines his fingers with hers. He gently guides her arms round her stomach, his arms on top of hers. He moves his lips to her ears, kissing her..her hair blowing into his face. His kisses become more urgent..His desire burning 😉......Her breathing becomes heavier..

OKAY I have to stop..Firstly cause it looks like I'm going to get carried away again..and I really don't want that! Secondly..I'm late for the mendhi rasam!! 😆 YIKES

I hope u guys enjoyed it..it was a bit dumb I kno..I actually wanted to do a scene in which the family members are sitting in the living room playing Antakshari and charades 😆..BUT..time did not permit..maybe i'll do that next tho 😆 If u guys want?

Scene 76

As Diwali is still on, food preperations are being made in the kitchen. The ladies laughing and chatting away. Vedika doing the roti, Niharika making the sweets, Tara and Kavita cutting vegetables and Titli mama...well playing round with her chotti as usual and nattering 😆

Titli Mami: Hai Hai...Bhabhi. Jaldi karo na, mujhe to bahut bhook lagrahi hai. Meri to intezaar karte karte death hi hojayegi

Kavita: Titli...agar tum thori madat-[cut off by Titli]

Titli mami: Uh...Bhabhi lagta hai koi mujhe bula raha hai. Abhi aati hoon,hai?😆

She quiclky walks out. They all laugh...

Kavita: Yeh Titli bhi na...

Dhruv enters the kitchen. Vedika doesn't notice him, and carries on doing the roti.

Dhruv: Maa jaldi karo na..bahut bhook lagi hai!

All ladies: DHRUV!

Kavita: Sab ko bhook lagi hai..lekin koi madat nahin karta!

Vedika:[while turning the roti] Dhruv tumhe itni bhook lagi to khood banalo na apna khana.

Dhruv: Pagal hogayi ho kya...yeh aurat ka [bites his tongue when all the ladies glare at him]

Kavita: Acha..to yeh aurto ka kaam hai?

Dhruv: Nahin...maa..mein to..aise hi

Kavita: Agar aise hi kareha the...to phir vaise hi aaj khana banalo

Dhruv: [laughs, then stops when he realises his mum means serious business😆] You mean? Seriously?

All the ladies turn round to him,all slightly smiling behind their hands!😆

KAvita: I'm serious Dhruv...[folds her arms]

Dhruv: [face lits up with an idea] Teekh hai....lekin meri ek shart hai [looks at Vedika]

Vedika suspects something...

KAvita: Bolo?

Dhruv: Vedika ka ko yaha rehna parega...

Vedika gasps and makes a mean face.

Dhruv: [puts his arm round Kavita's shoulder and starts walking round the kitchen] Dekho maa, meine pehle aise khana nahi banaya, agar kuch garabar hogayi to. Lekin agar aap chahati hai ke- [cut off by Kavita]

Kavita: Nahin nahin...tum teekh kerahe ho [Dhruv puts his cheeky smile on] Vedika? Tum yaheen rehna,ok?

Vedika: Lekin Mummyji...

Kavita: Please Vedika...agar Dhruv ne kuch galat kardiya to hum raat ka khana kaha khayege? Come on girls....

They all walk out, Niharika and Tara laughing as they walk out. Vedika turns to Dhruv and looks at him squinting her eyes,looking really angry. Dhruv makes his eyebrows go up and down.😆

Vedika puts her palu in her saree.

Vedika: Dekho...mujhe abhi roti karni hai...tum [looks around] woh sabsi kato. Jao

She carries on doing her work facing backwards to Dhruv.

Dhruv comes beside her.

Dhruv: Nahin mein roti bana ta hu...tum sabsi kato. [Nudges her]

Vedika: [blows her fringe] Dhruv!! [in a loud voice] TUM SABSI KAATO! AUR MUJHE APNA KAAM KARNE DO.

Dhruv is shocked but still smiling.

Dhruv: Acha jaata hu jaata hu.

He starts walking behind her, then stops, pats her on the shoulder.

Dhruv: Suno...

Vedika:[stops] Kya Hai?

Dhruv: Woh tumhara...[puts his arms round her bare stomach]...palu saree mein se nikal gaya hai [pulls the palu out, and walks off]😳😳

Vedika gasps!! Looks at down and then at him while he is happily juggling the bengan and cobi.

Vedika:[shouts] Dhruv!😡 [Dhruv jumps and drops the vegetables]

Dhruv: God! take a chil pill!

First he puts a chef's hat on and then an apron[looking so cute] and like a good boy he starts cutting the vegetables...occasionally he looks up and gives a huge grin to Vedika...but she gives him attitude...Dhruv makes faces.😡

Vedika is flipping the roti while she is looking at Dhruv to make sure he's doing his work properly, like a mum would.😆

Vedika: Ahhhhhhhhh! [she burns her hand]

Dhruv stops and quickly runs to look at Vedika's hand. The palm has gone extremely red. Vedika's eyes are watery.

Dhruv: Tumhara haat to pura jalgaya hai...

Dhruv makes her sit down on a stool, gets the first aid box and gets a bandage out. Vedika still in pain.

Dhruv: Yeh Meri galti hai

Vedika: [looks up at him] Nahin, tum to madat karna chahte the. Meine khame kha...-[cut off bh Dhruv]

Dhruv: Main uss baat ke liye keraha...

Vedika: [confused] To?

Dhruv: Woh mein itna handsome hoon [saying this while putting the bandage round her hand]...tumhari to nazar hi nahi hat rahi thi, kyon?😆 Aur isliye tumhara haat jalgaya [finishes wrapping the bandage, and gives a naughty smile, Vedika snatches her hand off]

Vedika: Tum apne aap ko kuch zyaade hi smart nahin samajte?

Dhruv:Isme sochni ki kya baat hai, woh to mein hoon.

Vedika: Itne smart ke apne aap khana bhi nahin bana sakte...

Dhruv: [stands up and looks at the unprepared food] Ab to banana parega

Vedika: [also stands up] Kyon?

Dhruv: Kyon kya? Tum nahin bana sakti

Vedika: Ofcourse bana sakti hoon.

Dhruv: No way! [comes near her, carries her and puts her on top of the worktop] Tum yaha betho...aur dekho genius Dhruv ka kaam...

Vedika: Lekin..

Dhruv: Kuch lekin vekin nahin! [squeezes her cheeks] Main Hoon Na!

Vedika: Mujhe woh do char roti baaki hai karne ko, woh to mein karlu...

Dhruv: Nope...tum kyon fikar karahi ho. Main sab karsakta hoon [sounding pompous ]

Dhruv starts working on the roti. He takes the aata puts in the flower and rolls away. 15 minutes later....the rotis are done. Dhruv looks round to Vedika and feels proud of himself.

Vedika starts laughing loudly. Dhruv is confused.

Dhruv: Yeh kya zor se hasrahi ho, kya hua?

Vedika: Yaha aao

Dhruv walks to her. She puts her un burnt hand on his cheek and then shows it to Dhruv....its got flour on. Dhruv touches his own face with his hand.

Vedika: [continues to laugh] Bilkul bhoot lagrahe ho😆

Dhruv starts laughing as well and rubs the flour on his left cheek on her left and then his right cheek on her right...😳😳

Vedika: [gets all shy] Ab Jao [pushes him off] Dhruv...sirf roti hi banai he. Tumhe do roti karne mein pandar minute lage hai! 😆, aur woh bhi adhi jalu hui

She gets down, looks at the burnt rotis and puts her palu back in and is ready for action

Dhruv: Yeh kya karahi ho...vapas betho [makes hand gestures] Chalo...betho!

Vedika: Dhruv! Dekho zara kitchen ko...tumne kuch nahin banaya! Aur ab mera haath bilkul teekh hai![waves her hand] Agar tumhe maa ki gaali nahin khani to mujhe banedo khana!

Dhruv: Teekh hai...lekin mein bhi madat karooga!

Vedika: Ok. Done!

Vedika works extremely fast, and Dhruv follows her like a sheep! 😆 When he tries to do something, Vedika pushes him away.After an hour or so, the food is all done. Both Dhruv and Vedika sit down as if they have been running for miles😆....both are out of breath, and have their hands resting on their chins.

Vedika: Itni... jaldi khana ....meine kabhi nahin... banaya [tries to breathe]

Dhruv:[breathes hard] Hmm...maine bhi

Vedika looks at Dhruv oddly😕

Vedika: Dhruv?tum, kyon haap rahe ho? Tumne to kuch nahee.. kiya😆

Dhruv: Woh mein...tumhare peeche peeche bhagraha tha na..isliye.😆😆

They hear Kavita shout from the living room!

Kavita: Dhruv...khana bangaya? Jaldi lagao table pe...

Dhruv & Vedika: [groan] Ohhh....[and get up slowly like old people]

All the family sit down to eat.

Titli Mami: Hai Hai...kitna tasty khana banaye hai!

Viren: Wakeh hi...bahut hi acha banaya hai...

All agree. Dhruv and Vedika smile!

Kavita: Aaj ka khana aapke laadle ne banaye hai...Dhruv ne..

Dhruv: Nahin - [cut off by Vedika]

Vedika: Haan papaji...Dhruv ne mujhe kuch karne hi nahin diya! Sab akele hi sambhaliya😃

Viren: Really?

Dhruv smiles at Vedika for not telling the truth....awwww!

Vedika: Haanji Papaji....usne yeh tak kaha ke...ab se har hafte ek raat ka khana woh banayege!😆😆

Dhruv starts coughing!😆 Then gives evils to Vedika, who smiling away!😆😆

Everyone has ate dinner, and vedika starts clearing up the table, she has some dishes in her hand and walks away into the kitchen, dhruv follows her.

Vedika: Dhruv, ab tum yahan se jao...bahut kam karliye ek din ke liye 😆 bechara!

Dhruv: Haan, haan..husso. Why did u say i wud cook once a week? 😡

Vedika: Awww, my jaanu main mazak karahe thi..(she pinches his cheek)

Dhruv: (like a little kid he says) Haan, haan...i know ur making fun of me because i cant cook 😭 but im good at other things...im probably better than u at them 😆

Vedika: Better than me? haha...no way dhruv! 😆

Dhruv: I am..im better...

Vedika: Better at...NOTHING! 😆

Dhruv storms out of the kitchen angrily, he cant stand the fact that vedika is laughing at him 😆

Vedika: Arre dhruv...suno tho....😆

In the sitting room

Everyone is sitting in the room watching some old home made videos in which dhruv and antriksh are little kiddies! Dhruv is sittin in a corner all by himself 😭 while vedika is sitting on a sofa laughing with the rest...

Vedika: (points at the tv) Maan, yeh gunda sa bucha kaun hai?

Kavitha: (laughs) yeh gunda sa bucha aapka pati dev hai 😆

All start to laugh except dhruv

Vedika: Oops, sorry dhruv 😳 (she looks over at him and smiles, he doesnt even lift his face to look at her, he's just reading a magazine)

Now all the family are watching a video in which dhruv is about 16...At one point in the movie, dhruv comes out wearing a black suit and he looks so cute!

Vedika: Wah..iske chaal to dekho...😆 maa, where is dhruv going dressed like this?

Kavitha: mmm...let me think, haan woh..ek ladki ki party thi..

Vedika: Ladki? 😆

Kavitha: Haan, vedika...(kavitha turns to face vedika) Dhruv college main to hero tha, hero...sab ladkiyan uspe marthi thi!

Vedika: Acha? 😆

Kavitha: Haan vedika...(kavitha then goes on to tell vedika about how dhruv used to bring a girl home with him nearly everyday wen he was a kid...she talks about this for atleast 10 mins) 😆

Vedika: Wow, i didnt know my husband was in so much demand 😆 But maa, college main sab ladka mujh pe marte tey..but i didnt bring any of them home 😆

Dhruv is still sitting in a corner...he has a sore head, so walks out of the room and goes upstairs to his bedroom

Vedika: (to herself) isko kya howa?..."maa, main dekh kay aathi ho dhruv kahan gaya"

Kavitha: Haan haan, tum jao...

In the bedroom

Dhruv is lying on the bed with his arm on his forehead...he's still angry with vedika, when she enters the room he looks at her, vedika goes near him.

Vedika: Dhruv...tum teek ho?

No reply

Vedika: Dhruv?

Dhruv: (shouts) Haan, main teek ho!

Vedika: Wow..no need to shout!!!!

Dhruv: No need to shout huh? Dont tell me wat or wat not to do...pehli kitchen main tum mujhpe has rahe thi, then in the sitting room! I dont like it wen u laugh at me...! 😡

Vedika: Oh ho, so just because i laughed at u, my jaanu is upset? (laughs again 😆)

Dhruv: (sits up from the bed) See there u go again!

Vedika: (sits on the bed beside him and puts her hands ontop of dhruv's) Dekho, i only laugh because i think ur such a sweeto!

Dhruv: Sweeto? (he makes the face srk makes in k3g 😆) But vedika...i

Vedika: Sshhh, dhruv..acha baba, i wont laugh at u again okay..im sorry!

Dhruv: Dont be sorry..i was just being

Vedika: A kid? 😆

Dhruv: (laughs)

Vedika: Acha dhruv, tell me...did u really used to bring a girl with u everyday?

Dhruv: haan...lekhin, i never used to bring her to my bedroom 😆

Vedika gets up from the bed.

Dhruv: Where u going?

Vedika winks at dhruv and has a cheeky smile, she goes to the door and looks it..

Dhruv: Kya kar rahe ho?

Vedika: Kuch nahin...just preparing for the fireworks...😆

It is 6:00 am and the sun is up...Vedika is up, getting up for puja (just like an ideal Hindu girl) 😊

Dhruv is fast asleep, he's looking very cute with his hair all messy. Vedika thinks.."Oh my God, look how adorable he is...and those long lashes...He's fast asleep, probably dreaming about me😳. Well good, so he won't try to convince me to go back to sleep today. Actually, it would be nice if he did...he looks so cute when he pleads with me like that...hmm...😳" (Apologies, I haven't wrote romance before, trying my best to go along with the character you have etched).

Vedika is all dressed now, in black sari with a heavy silver border. (Is black supposed to spell bad luck?😕 I am not sure what they believe in, black's my favorite color, so...).

"She's looking as stunning as ever," thinks Dhruv as he is takes a peek at her. He's only pretending to be asleep.😉 Vedika has become a habit now, he cannot sleep without her cuddled up beside him. 😊

Vedika is thinking that she will have to go down to the puja ghar and pray as quietly as possible, so as not to wake the rest of the family. 😃She is about to open the door and leave when Dhruv pulls her back by the waist. She is shocked, no doubt, and lets out a spine-chilling scream! So much for trying not to wake everyone up 😆

Dhruv: (Let's her go at once because he is take aback). Vedika...aise chillati qu ho? You not only burst my eardrums but woke up the whole house. Hehehehe, now they will all be fussing over you...or just upset at you😆

Vedika: 😡Oh...shut up!!! Why did you scare me like that?😡 I thought I was going to die out of shock that instant! Now look what you made me do! The family will think that I have had another attack or something. Why are you always upto mischief?

Dhruv: Well, you laughed at me last night. So...😃

Vedika: You are sick! I thought we got over that!😡

Dhruv: Nah...we got over it now. Tit for tat. 😆

The whole house is awake now. Everyone is running toward the couple's room. Niharika leading the rest. She is still in her night gown, looking harmless but she has a very upset and determined expression. Tara who's also running slips on her slippers (slips on her slippers...😆) and is almost about to fall...but Antraksh grabs her right on time. (👏Go Ant! This is supposed to be funny, so laugh😆...Lolz, I am not the best comedian writer in the world am I?).

Somehow mommy-in-law gets to the door first and bursts in...

Kavita: Oh my God! Where's Vedika...where's sheeee!? Oh Vedika there you are, are you ok beta? What happened? Did you get an attack again?🤢 Do you need to get to the hospital? Dhruv does she? Dhruv...why are you laughing!?😡 Have you gone crazyeee!? 😆 (She's breathless after all the running and the questions, so she finally stops)

Dhruv: Have I gone crazy, mom? No mom, I don't think I have gone crazy. I have been like this from the start! 😆 He laughs. (He sees the whole family rushing into the room, but they all try to come in at the same time. They get stuck at the doorway. Tara moans out in pain and covers her arm, which was jammed against the entrance). Seeing this, he starts howling with laughter😆. What a meanie!

Vedika who was turning more red than crimson, if that's possible...looks lividly at him😡

Kavika and the others are looking at him incredulously. Antraksh's eyes seems to be at the verge of popping out of their sockets. He's looking very weird, to say the least. Dhruv sees him, points at him and falls on the bed laughing...😆

Niharika: Is anyone going to tell us what happened her? Vedika, are you ok? What happened? 😕

Vedika looks at everyone, except Dhruv😉. She's very sorry.

Vedika: I am sorry everyone, it's Dhruv, he umm...umm...he scared me!😃 Ya, that's right, he scared me (She's proud of herself because she found the right words). I was so shocked that I screamed out loud. Very sorry that I disturbed your sleep. It's his fault you see...(😡She looks at him, her stare burning on to his back. Dhruv looks up and sees her expression and sobbers up a little). 😊

Dhruv: How was I going to know that she would scream like that? By the way, I still can't hear anything with my left hear. I think I have gone deaf in one ear now😉. Thank you Vedika, you are a great help.😆 (He mocks her light-heartedly and laughs a little; then looks at her again, a smug expression in this face as if he had just scored a point😃).

Kavita: Thank God. We thought that it was something serious.🤢 Dhruv you scared the poor girl, look at her, she's still shaking! Now get ready we are hosting a party today for Viren's success on the Duval Project, there are tons of things to be done...Vedika, dear, please have a cold glass of water and calm down a little, you look very shaken. 😃

Vedika thinks to herself: What an idiot I am😕. Everyone went throught a bad start in the morning because of me. All because of Dhruv. I am kill him😭! To think that I actually wanted him to hold me back! 😡😳

Everyone leaves, looking very pathetic and tired. 😆

Dhruv: Here Ved, have a cold glass of water...I got it from the hot water faucet in the bathroom just for you.😆

Vedika gets the joke and she gets very angry😡. So, she jumps on him. attacking him and trying to hurt him. (As if it hurts...😕 Who's she kidding...Dhruv thinks).

She falls on him and he falls back on the bed😳. They are lying, Vedika is on Dhruv who is still holding the glass and the remaining hot water in it.😕 They are looking at each other lovingly...😳 A light bulb turns on in Ved's head and she slowly takes the glass from his hand. Dhruv is too starry eyed to notice. She takes it and pours it on him! 😆

Dhruv finally realized what has happened, he yelps and jumps up in surprise. He starts to sake off the water from his night shirt. (The water wasn't that hot, don't worry). He looks at Ved who's now having her share of laughter. He looks at her angrily, but is actually pretty charmed.

Vedika: That's for scaring be like that!😛 Tit for tat. If you ever do that again, you will learn your lesson the hard way.😆

Dhruv: (Smiles) Ok, fair enough, I deserved that.😃 (He goes on to hug her lovingly, smelling in the fragrance in her hair) Are you ok? Were you afraid? Still not shaking, are you?

Vedika: Now don't get romantic with me😭. I have work and you have definitely put me off with that stunt, let me go...😊

Dhruv realizes that she's not serious, but let's her go anyway.😃 Vedika smiles, makes a face at him- showing him the tongue😛. She leaves the room happily.

Dhruv: God...I love her! 😳 She's so childish and innocent...😃

He rakes his fingers through his messy hair and goes toward the bathroom door... to freshen up to start the day's work, with the rest of the ladies at home...😊yes, he plans to stay home to help the ladies today.
