Part 73

KT went down to the kitchen, smiling to her self…. Her love for Lakshya, and his love for her….She just couldn't wipe the silly grin off her face… She entered the kitchen….Damini was there…
D: Bhai kya baat hai? Bohut khush lag rahi ho?
KT: Woh kuch nahi chachi, bas…
D: Haan haan, bataane ki koi zaroorat nahi….Mujhe sab pata hai……
KT: Chachi aap bhi naa…Dijiye, baa ki chaai de dijiye….Main unke kamre mein jaa hi rahi thi…
D: yeh le…

KT goes into Baa's room and sets the tea down on the table there….Baa is doing pooja… She stands and prays behind Baa she says to herself "Hey Thakurji, Is ghar ki khushiyon ko hamesha barkaraar rakhna….Mere aur Lakshya ke pyaar ko kabhi kam mat hone dena…."
Baa turns around and says "Arre Krishna Tulsi, tu yahan??"
KT: Ji Baa, who main aapke liye chaai leke aayi thi… aap kaisi hai hai ab?
B: Arre main toh bilkul theek hoon, jab tu is ghar mein aagayi hai… tab phir mujhe apni chinta karne ki koi zaroorat nahi………Tu kaisi hai? Aur mera kisna……abbb uski tabiyat to theek hai na….??? aur meri gudiyaa (princess) rani…..wo kaise hai???

Kt: jee baa……aap ka kisna aur main aur princess bilkul theek hai……and she smiled to her……Suddenly she hears Laksh shouting from their room "KT!!!!!! KT!!!!!! Zara ek minute yahaan aaaana! KT!!!!!!!!!!!!"
KT: Ufff! Kya musibat hai? Baa main abhi aayi haaanh…
Baa is left laughing… "Pagaal hai dono…"

KT rushes into her room saying "Kya hai Lak…" She can't see Laksh anywhere…She looks around… Suddenly, she is grabbed tightly around the waist and spun around….She looks at her husbands face with mock anger….He smiles at her mischievously….He pushes a strand of her hair behind her ear… He leans close to her ear and whispers "Main ne kaha tha naa…ki nahi chodunga…" And he nuzzles her and kisses her near her ear…KT pushes his face away and says "Abhi tak tayar nahi hue tum?" Laksh just ignores her question and continues nuzzling her and smelling her newly washed hair, holding her around the waist tightly…KT just smiles and pushes him into the bathroom and says "Abhi tayaar ho jaao, main tumhare kapde nikaal ke rakti hoon…"
Laksh just groans and says "KT, tum kitni unromantic ho…Tumhara pati tumhare saath do romantic pal bitanaa chahta hai aur tum ho ki……." and he gets pushed into the bathroom…

KT just turned around and went to the cupboard…She took out the clothes from the cupboard for Laksh to wear to go to office….Just as she laid them down on the bed, the door of the bathroom opened a crack and just Laksh's hand came out….

L: Arre KT, main apna towel bhool gaya….Wahan bed pe rakha hai…zara de do naa….

KT just rolled her eyes and grabbed the towel off the bed and she walked up to the door… As she handed the towel to him, he grabbed her hand and pulled her inside the bathroom….She yelled and said

Kt: Laksh! Kya kar rahe ho!" Laksh grinned and pushed her against the door…He kissed her on the neck….KT just looked at him and said

Kt: Ab tumhe towel chahiye ki nahi?" Laksh just looks at her and said

L: Mujhe sirf tum chahiye…
KT: (smiles) toh phir theek hai….tum aise hi bhaaar aa jaana….bina towel ke…theek hai…? Aur agar kamre main koi ho toh phirr……
Laksh looks alarmed and says: Kaisi besharam biwi ho? Apni pati ke saath itna ghatiya mazaak? Towel do mujhe…!
KT just smiles and hands him the towel…. Laksh just takes the towel from her and says "hmpph!" angrily…

KT comes outside and is sitting in front of her dressing table…. She looks at her mangalsutra and her sindoor…She puts the sindoor on and smiles at her reflection… She hears Laksh come out of the bathroom….She looks at him…He was dressed in a kurta pyjama…He just glares at her angrily and mutters

L: Kaisi pagal ladki se shaadi karli maine….kisi bhi ladki se shaadi kar sakta tha…..lekin main bhi duffer…muhje bhi isse hi pyaar hua….

KT smiles and picks up her mangalsutra and she pretends to have trouble putting it on…..She just calls out to Laksh "Udhar kya khade ho kar dekh rahe ho…..Madad karo naa…."
Laksh just glowered at her…He just shuffled over…. KT stood up with her back to him and offered the hooks to his disgruntled husband… Laksh just took the ends from her hand….Then he looked in the mirror….His wife was smiling at his grumpy face…He couldn't resist looking at her smile and losing his grumpy look…Before she would see him smile back at he concentrated on getting those hooks together….She moved just a little closer to him, smiling a little wider….He could smell the sweet fragrance of soap and agarbattis from the pooja… He hooked the mangalsutra together and turned her around to face him… She smiled at him….He made a grumpy face….

KT: Naraaz ho?
Lakshya just looks away…
KT puts one arm around his neck….and the other on his cheek… and turned his face towards her… He just looked at her….waiting to see what she would do….

KT: Baat bhi nahi karoge mujhse? Hmmm…… Lagta hai aapko manana hi padega….
She put both her arms round his neck and came closer to him…He too tightened his hold around her waist…He loved her so much, he couldn't imagine his life without her anymore….She kissed him on the cheek…He in turn just smiled and looked her in the eye….He put one finger under her chin and brought her face closer to his…He kissed the tip of her nose….He looked down at her lips…He brought his face closer….Just when their lips were going to meet….

"AHEMMM AHEMMM….! Humne kuch nahi dekha…Hum baad mein aa jaate hai….!!" They looked at the door and there were standing Archita and Pari, grinning as wide as they could…

L: Kya yaar tum log bhi naa….Itne din ke baad biwi thoda pyaar kar rahi thi, aur tum….
KT: Laksh!
Archita: Koi baat nahi bhabhi, hum toh bas tumse yeh puchne aaye the ki tum humare saath picture dekhne chalogi…Lekin lagta hai ke aapne aur bhaiyya ne already kuch plans bana liye hai….Hum baad mein milte hai huh….

Archita and Pari burst into laughter and leave giggling…

L (grins mischievously at KT): Toh kahan the hum….?
