We more than doubled the word count from the initial! (10 % leeway is allowed btw)

Do other writers feel the same way?

Just two things though - A) The trope just needs to come in, one well-written example of it is good enough in the setting you have chosen . And B) That's the challenge for you as a writer, telling your story while keeping it concise
