“I am not hating…. Just think about this OK? You have left for Dilli, Your family hasn’t paid us, you locked up the books. They belong to MY husband. Here I am begging you”

“I cannot bear to see those books sold for pennies”

“I have records, he hasn’t sold ONE book since 2010, NOT ONE rare book”

“No I know that… I know…he didn’t, but he started loving those books Ma”

“You are using the books to enshrine the sacrifice you think you made for the family” Nidhi hung up frustrated

Taaruni leaned on her pillow and closed her eyes groaning

She was back at his apartment

She didn’t have a job, it was too shameful to back to Towers Partners and ask for that job back

Harkeerat had texted her asking for “payment”

That was Harkeerat’s retirement

She picked up the phone and called Gaurav

I guess she will now know that he was here in her absence and was kicked out by Pradyut.

Taaruni, give some credit to the guy.

let him know why you are here and ask him why he wants you here.

Is baby the reason ? He has already specified it’s not. Are you willing to admit to him that it’s coz you didn’t want the child to be raised by single parent and thus returned?

There is no undo in real life. She is in a mess. Some her own doing.

Nidhi turns everything around and twists it to favor Gaurav. He can't run the store and the store is not enough. Was Gaurav the only kid who lost a dad?

Don't know if there is any point in calling Gaurav. She will just end up upsetting herself more.
