Check Page 1, Post 4. There is a list of threads posted there. Choose the one the stories belong to and post your nominations there.

1. I have completed as well as On going Stories. Can On Going Stories - FF more that 15-16 Parts already posted be nominated? I guess, to qualify they do not need to be completed ASAP.

Ongoing fictions can be nominated provided they have not been abandoned for over a year.

1. Many of my completed stories, which are 7-8 years old, can they be nominated as well? As I am planning to place them properly in Fan Fiction Section and would like more readers to read them.

There's no limit on the start date to stories. You can nominate older fictions if they have been posted on IF, and fit into any of the threads/forums that are listed on Page 1.
