They need to talk and sort out their relationship first and then talk about Naina and Inder… until and unless they are clear with each other, they cannot move forward!

Degree of hypocrisy

After Inder's outburst, Viveka asked Raanav why was Inder so angry with him . She asked him when will they talk about it because he keeps fighting with her about Inder and Naina. Perhaps instead of doing their own things here in London, they need to sit and talk about why and how they got married. They need to reassure each other, that there is more than just being good in bed

.Raanav has said that he wanted to spend time with her. Viveka needs to tell him that she loves him.

How long will Raanav dodge talking to Viv about the main issue in their marriage?

I hope he does it now, in this trip and not push it any further.

I really hope that Raanav recorded that OTT drama of Inder and sent it to their family chat group. Let Nupur and Viren also see what their son is capable of and let Smrita see how much of love Inder has for her.

Lying in obsession

She dragged their luggage to one of the beautifully furnished bedrooms, the one with the “best” street views

She put his stuff away and hers in the wall unit shelving

She didn’t hear him get out of the bathroom in the hallway and find her in one of the many bedrooms

“This has a great view” she said

“Nice”

“Did you grow up in this house?” she asked sadly

“No I didn’t” he said quietly

Leaning on the wall arms across his chest a second towel hanging from his neck

“Achha ghar hai”

“I will go take a shower”

“None of the bathrooms are attached?”

“This is a 200 year old building I guess people loved to streak the hallways”

“My Papa would have serious anxiety attacks with 4 girls in a state of semi nudity” she laughed

“U would have had your own lady in waiting who would have brought you your bath water” he smiled weakly

“I can fix breakfast too if you tell me where the kitchen is and everything is”

“Its downstairs in level two” “Or first floor”

“I was hoping to sleep” she dodged

He approached the cupboard, she stepped back faltering as her legs hit her suitcase

“You take a nap I will head out to the law school”

“When do u have to return?”

“Oslo remember?”

“Do u want to go or return to India instead”

“Tum kya chahte ho?” she asked quietly

“If u have to ask… I want you here with me Viveka Mathur” he said angrily grabbed his clothes and left the room

She showered, fixed eggs toast and chai for breakfast

He made his coffee

“If u want to sleep why are u drinking tea?” he questioned

“I can sleep anywhere anytime” she raised her mug

She was wearing a orange kaftan, her wet hair tied in a shimmering knot at the base of her neck

Her glasses sitting low on the bridge of her nose

“U look great” he muttered quietly

“Geele baalon ka mazaak kar rahe ho?” she touched her hair

He reached out and felt the moist silk, gently unraveling it

“U have to go to ur school” she whispered breathlessly

“If our critical conversations can wait… so can law school” he whispered

“I am afraid to start talking… our relationship always hangs from a precipice Raanav. So tenuous and volatile”

He squeezed water off a lock

“U are distracting me” she whispered shuddering as the water soaked the front of her outfit

“I am hoping to say enough convincing things to you that will keep you in London” he groaned

“Bas jhooth kahogey?”

“Have u ever been obsessed with anyone?” he asked quietly

Does Ranaav think that he is obsessed with Viveka?

Obsession is not Love truly speaking.

Obsession will wear off eventually.

This setting should work for them to understand how they can lead their life as couple.

Jokes apart, the guy is at least trying ,cmon, give him a break . Prejudice and honesty works both ways . The truth I see is this way. He is in love and he's married to someone who belongs to a background he's isn't too familiar with growing up, though urban as the Mathurs are. He's trying to tell his wifey that he wants her by his side , wants kids with her. So this guy is trying to mask his misgivings , while also trying to his mom at bay , while also trying getting comfortable at least with this wife's unit from that background . So you see my point is at least the guy is TRYING for eff's sake!!! Trying being the buzzword !!!

BTW! One more thing needs a mention! Yes the guy is in charge of contraceptive , but would Viveka Mathur have it any other way under the circumstances?! So don't load it on him and make those smart ass snarky comments on Anu's or Dadi's expectations Ms. Mathur!!

Viveka Mathur is plainly neither walking the talk nor willing to talk !!!! I don't remember her to be the one not ready for a tete- a tete !! What gives ! She's not too different from Naina now!! She's become a pain in the ass! A pain, he's enough in love with to tolerate !!!

Raanav wants to talk but Viveka is trying to avoid talking saying that it might damage or break their relationship. Raanav is trying to keep Viveka with him in London and is even prepared to forgo going to law school. what answer she will give to Raanav, who asked if she has ever been obsessed with anyone?
