Why was the property not divided equally between the kids? Sid was trying to make it fair.

Did the dad intentionally set up a situation where Sid would do this and provoke Neha to reveal herself.

Yes , excluding Siddant all the others are not happy with their love but Sid is blind in this moment and Prem don't want to hurt his brother...

Rajender purposefully told Neha that Sid transferred 30% shares to his brother to reveal her true nature and he succeeded too.
