“Umm.. he just got moved to a regular care room”

“Raanav he just sounds very over enthusiastic” Viveka turned to him and tried to guage his face

“He wants you to go to the wedding Viveka” he said looking out the window

“Mujhe lag raha hai tum mujhse naraaz ho”

“And I am rewarding you with a Bangkok vacation?” he cackled derisively

“I am completely OK not attending”

“Well he is not”

“When will you be back from Aurangabad?”

“Why? Do you have plans to extend your vacation?” he demanded gruffly

“Nevermind” she turned away

“It was not my idea to go, you don’t have to be mean to me” she was direct

“I know that” “I am just in a terrible mood” he growled

“Raat ko nahi soye?”

She turned to him and stared at his eyes

They were bloodshot now

“Can you sleep on the plane?” “Kyon ja rahe ho Aurangabad?” she asked softly

“Sure” his expression softened, he explained the rains the injury the arbitration agreement with the unionized workers etc

She looked out the window letting out a sigh

They had just gotten married, no engagement, no ring, no bling….

He noticed she didn’t wear any jewelry at all

Just the traditional bangles she had left on, with the beautiful mehandi artwork

She wore a full sleeve burgundy blouse to hide the bangles, pairing it with blue jeans and Keds

“If I … if you had been home I wouldn’t have hung out with her” she said looking directly at him

“I told you I made myself promise I would see him every day”

“Oh yeah” she looked away

“You can express displeasure looking directly at me”

“Chachu had a stomach bug Raanav, Rakshit could have gone over too” she said quietly

“Its fine he didn’t” Raanav shrugged

“Oh yes, not disputing that at all”

“Then why did you bring it up”

“Well, your mother wanted you to go, tho, umm.. Rakshit and Lekha have known each other for years now” she tried to word it politely

“Ah”

She gently extricated her hand

“You can tell me if I should extend my Bangkok trip I can do it” she said calmly

“You can if you want to Viveka, don’t predicate it on my absence last night”

“I am not, oh no” she said upset

“You are going to a wedding” “So, do it” he urged

“You go to take care of your family’s obligations and I do the same”

“Don’t draw false parallels Raanav” she turned to him furious

“It’s a fact, its not false parallel” his tone was a little mocking when he said those last two words

“MERA idea nahi tha shaadi mein jaana” “TUMNE kaha” she blasted him

“Don’t pin it on me, it was Dad’s idea” he threw his hands up in the air

“I forgot” she looked out the window

He dropped her off at the private terminal

She already had a visa, arranged by Shrivastavs, Rajeev Syal had booked her tix on the private flight for 12:30 PM

Raanav would head to Aurangabad later

She got off quietly, losing her temper

He walked around and helped her with her bag, the valet grabbed it anyway

“Dad ke baare mein text karogey?” she asked politely

He waited for a hug it never came

“thanks for arranging a private flight, I was fine with commercial”

She didn’t want to act all sanctimonious and offer to pay

“Do you have a gift for him?”

“Umm.. no” she shook her head “Ma Papa ke saath jaane waali thi, I was single, I was going to be single” she said casually

His eyes glittered with amusement

But she was not in the mood for it

“I will send him something”

She looked at him like “Don’t send him a house or car”

“Cufflinks” he muttered lazily “or something small”

She turned red when she was busted

“Have a good time” he said tucking his hands into the pocket of his navy jeans

“Oh YEAH I WILL” she said viciously

The Parashar kid can go take a hike in Aurangabad

He watched her walk confidently into the terminal, letting go of the valet and pushing her own cart

He forgot she was a badass!!

Goddd!! He was going to miss her!!

He cursed out loud, as he bumped his thumb while shutting the car door and yelped loudly

“Aap log kitney din ho waha?”

“Bua keh rahin hain we shud stay the week” Ma texted back

“Hmm”

“Sorry beta, na tumhe ghar bulaya, koi riwaaz kiya, dekho abhi Bangkok chalkar baithe hain”

“that’s fine Ma” she texted

She smiled mischievously

She had told Rajeev not to text Papa

“Can you push my return out to Dec 21 please?” she smiled at the counter agent happily😈

So a week it is?

Let’s see how these two survive the week.

VIVEKA has always been my favorite in giving back, she has no limitations, she gives back to dadi and RAANAV!

Waiting for the day when she gives it back to Smrita and Naina! Smrita is having it coming as we can see 😊

Vi is a pukka badass!! I am so glad she pushed out her return to Dec 21. Stew in your misery Parashar kid.....hmmph! Day by day he is acting more and more dense. Sulking like a kid and then refusing to understand what Vi is trying to tell him. It's too early for him to understand Mommy dearest' evil moves, but I hope he does soon.

Maa ka ladla can seriously go take a hike. I am more excited about the family reunion in Bangkok

In how many more words could Viveka say Ranaav that she missed him and wanted him by her side.

Now she is is ensuring that you miss her for as many day as she could 🤣

I hope she has fun and the Parashar kid stews! He was mean, and it is time he is aware of his mom’s game plan.

Raanav dude, stop taking your frustrations out on your wife. Your mom is evil, unless you realise it, you will get frustrated more and more.

Viveka is surely a badass. I am so happy she extended her stay for a week. Let her enjoy and send as many wonderful pics as possible to Raanav.

May be Stayen seeing his frustration, will send him to Bangok soon. 😉

So Viv has Rajiv on her team too now ! 😆
