Neelu, huda, naina and harsh were silent in the ICU. Everyone's eyes were stuck on the room behind the glass chamber. They were so deeply attached to the feeling of helpness for yudi that they didn't hear ali and pooja entering into the room.
Pooja gestured ali to leave her hands while she could go and comfort them. But ali held a tight grip over her fingers and said "seeing us together, might soothe their pain, pooja… let's do it together"
Pooja couldn't help smiling at ali's words and nodded.
Both of them walked towards the four,
"where's alekh?" asked ali…shocking everyone…who turned back to look at ali.
Naina, huda couldn't miss it. Their eyes couldn't miss the wonderful glow and the warmth on ali and pooja's faces. They couldn't miss the tightly held hands, which were so reluctant to leave each other. No one said anything…best friends normally don't need to say anything to convey what they felt. Huda smiled and patted ali's back like a kid who is overjoyed at something and naina couldn't help herself and hugged pooja…and whispered in her ears "I am so happy….after so many days…I am so so so happy. I am so happy for you pooja" and cried softly on her shoulders.
Pooja hugged naina back "I want you to be happy too naina, I also want to cry on your shoulders after seeing you with the person you love…the person whom you have loved for so many years, go to him naina, he needs you…and more than him needing you, you need him"
Naina broke away from the hug suddenly,looked at pooja and then looked down. "I can't"
And went out hurriedly. Pooja smiled at naina's frame, and said to herself "you will, I know you will"

Alekh looked outside the window of the corridor outside the ICU. The smooth wind teased his hair, messing it up. He stood there motionless and focused on something he didn't know.
"this is my fiance, harsh" alekh closed his eyes tightly on that sentence , as if he wanted to crush it under the weight of his eyelids.
"alekh?"
alekh opened his eyes and looked at his side.
"naina?"
"kya kar raha hai yahan pe?"
"kuch nahi, bas aise hi"
naina walked beside him and looked out of the window, alekh followed her.
"tu fikr mat kar naina, yudi or major rajveer thik ho jaenge…"
"hmmm..."
"I couldn't believe that yudi could do such a thing…we always thought him to be a very gentle guy"
"that was what everyone thought…he proved everyone wrong…and somehow it makes me happy…but the condition he is in now…is...is…"
alekh didn't answer.
Naina looked at him and said "unknowingly yudi has given so many things to so many people isn't it?"
alekh looked at naina for a few seconds and nodded.
Naina continued " he gave capt rajveer and all the hostages their lives, he gave an opportunity for us to meet again, he gave ali and pooja each other and he gave me a chance"
"a chance?"
"yeah a chance…a chance to end it once and for all…"
alekh stared at naina "you still haven't forgotten?"
"how can you ask this alekh??…how can I forget my brother's murderer??…I couldn't speak anything then because something stopped me but this time I won't let him go without answering me."
"naina that something was love…and no one has proven anything right?…I thought going away from KMA would give you some peace to your mind. But you are still stuck at it. You have wasted half of your precious time on this…don't you want to live your life happily? You will be astonished but I can feel that major rajveer still loves you, and there is no doubt that you feel that 'something' for him too…love isn't that easy to be found and possessed naina. You are one of the lucky few." And looked outside the window again…
naina looked at him again… "it is neelu right?…why don't you go and tell her…I don't know how she will react…but at least tell her how you feel, so that way you will not regret it later…and regarding the chance i am speaking of, it is easy for you to say to forget it…but I have enough hatred for that person that I can even kill him"
