The comments probably won't but the likes might get lost. People have been facing the issue.

Also one doubt, if we migrate our ongoing ff to the new version and it's still ongoing and we request for the comment migration of the same ff, do we lose any likes or comments or something like that. Coz, when I've requested for the comments migration for one of my ongoing ff, it jumbled comments and showing all the comments under only few chapters but not under the ones where the comments were actually posted. I'm a bit confused regarding this. Is this any technical issue?

Yes some are facing the problem where they are losing chapters, there are no such issues with the comments so far. Yes, your problem can be a technical glitch. Will convey the same to the tech team.

fanfiction/13 looks good to me
fanfiction/8 and fanfiction/17 : only a few chapters have the comments migrated & clubbed. It seems like the first chapter from every thread has got the comments for all the chapters posted in that thread.

I don't know how the migration works but if possible please edit it.
