Ab Kya Kare? RECAP: 'Okay now how the hell is it related to Alliyah? May I ask? Alliyah has gone to hostel for the past 2 years and she rarely visits, it's been more than 6 months since she last visited us. Aur tumhe toh abhi kuch hi weeks hoi hai yaha aiye hoi……….just doesn't make sense. I'm going now, when you get back your senses, do not let me know but let me tell you, it'll keep you out of trouble.'
Kripa looked down while Angad was staring at her for answers. She hesitated but began to relate the incident.
Angad had been looking out of the window, suddenly unconsciously he said 'You aren't a stranger but like a member of the family.' Kripa snapped out of what she was thinking and doing and looked at Angad. He noticed her staring at him and realized what he had said.
'Um…I think we should go inside now'
Part 7 Kripa was still surprised at Angad's behavior followed by what he had said. They both went inside the house and into their separate rooms after greeting Naina. Angad went to his bed and lay down on his back, facing the ceiling and was wondering about Kripa and his sister. So much had happened and none of them said a word about anything, since that incident everyone had talked to Alliyah over the phone many times but she never sounded…well depressed about anything, she was always jolly. If it wasn't for Kripa, their family would have been suffering at the moment; all their name, respect, etc…would have gotten mixed in the mud. Another thought also made Angad wonder "Kripa had not been crying for…….herself or anything but for my family, my sister, I had just thought wrong of her for the…first time…or was it the millionth time…she had the chance to spoil my name but she didn't, in fact she saved it, after so much of insulting her, embarrassing her, etc…she still remained calm. What is she? Why doesn't she say anything…or even do something? Why didn't she spoil my name…wait no…I don't want that to happen but why didn't she say back something…why doesn't she ever?
(Out of his thoughts)
Angad back to his original state…
Angad: Okay so I'm going to…………sssaaaaayyyyyy "Sorry" to her.
Angad thought for a while. 'Ummm….no need for that, why bother saying "sorry" and that too to her. I never said sorry to anyone so why her, why break the record.' He got up to do stuff.
In Kripa's room.
Kripa was half lying on the bed, half sitting. She was thinking 'Did I tell him more than I should have? But he is her brother, he has the right too but was he the right person? Did I make a mistake? Should I tell him everything or the little I told was enough…but come on Kripa he is her brother, you should tell him everything about that day…no I can't…it'll be too much for him to absorb and besides he is her brother, I can't tell him everything at once and besides he might not like it that I know about it.'
She started sobbing silently and thought 'Kya yeh sahi tha…gosh I hope I didn't do something wrong…I only felt he had the right to know and besides Ronnie have now seen Angad and something will happen in the near future for sure if not now, there's no way anyone can avoid this but if Angad helps, things can get better if not completely good. Lekin Angad kya soche ge mere bare mein….ke mein unki pariwar ki private life mein interfere karti hoon? I hope he doesn't get the wrong meaning out of this. Lekin kya yeh sahi hai ke maine saari batein nahi batayi?'
By dinner time everyone was at home. When all of them were having dinner, as Kripa and Angad were sitting opposite each other this time and Prithvi next to Kripa, Prithvi noticed something odd about his brother.
In Prithvi's mind: Yeh bhaiya Kripa ko aise kyun dekh rahe hai?
He glanced at Kripa, who was just eating normally; unaware of the fact that Angad was staring at her……for quite a long time.
Prithvi then thought to himself 'Kya bhai change to nahin hogaye…shayad unko pata chal gaya hai ke Kripa us tarha nahin hai jis tara woh uske baare mein socha karte the.'
Prithvi tried to tease or annoy his brother, he didn't even know himself if it was going to be 'teasing' or 'annoying' his brother but anyway he had made up his mind. Besides it was not everyday his brother looked at Kripa….ahem ahem…actually stare at her.
His mom and dad were discussing something else so they could surely not hear him as they were too busy so even if his brother tried to do something he could persuade his mom to come to his side to attack his brother when needed to.
Prithvi: Bhai aap ko kya hua?
Both Angad and Kripa were now drinking water. Prithvi glanced at Kripa then back to Angad.
Prithvi: Aap Kripa ko itna ghur ghur (stare) kar kyun dekh rahe ho?
Angad spilled the water in his mouth to his side (where no one is sitting as he was sitting on the edge side of the table). Kripa choked on her water as she didn't want to spill water, it would have been so…….of her so she thought it was better to swallow…..but poor her, she hadn't any idea that she'd choke….and that also quite seriously. She was coughing uncontrollably. She used her hands to sign to everyone that she was going upstairs as everyone was concerned about her when they heard Angad spill water and Kripa choking. Kripa ran to her room while Angad gave a you-are-so-much-as-dead sign Prithvi to which Prithvi said 'Maine kya kiya?' Before Angad could reply Naina asked him to go to Kripa's room to see if she was okay as a phone call had come so she couldn't go and check up on Kripa herself.
Prithvi considered this for a while. He did actually witness the shock on his brother's face and the unwillingness he showed but no one noticed it. Prithivi then wondered what was all that staring for…it must have meant something. When his brother got up, Prithvi said 'I'm coming too……..kisi ko kya pata kya chal raha hai.' Angad wanted to beat Prithvi up right at that moment…but it would have cost him a lot so he controlled himself. Prithvi followed Angad up the stairs while looking at his brother's back and doubting him.
Angad went inside Kripa's room and ran to her as to his surprise she was still choking hard. Her face had become all red. He had never seen someone choke that hard on something but the case he proved that there can be people who choke on something really hard. Prithvi just entered the room after his brother and stood there watching the way his brother helped Kripa. Prithvi was kind of surprised that his brother could behave like that towards Kripa as well.
Only a few seconds had just passed when Angad shouted at his brother. 'Yaha pe koi cinema chal raha hai kya ke tu khare (stand) ho ke dekh raha hai. Stupid go get the water!'
Prithvi was annoyed, as he was disturbed while watching a scene which he admired, he jogged out of the room to get water while saying 'How the hell do I know you want that? You both are the doctors here not me! So?'
Angad, tired of his brother's foolishness second time in a row and that too within 5 minutes, tried to calm Kripa. Kripa was sitting on the bed and Angad was kneeling in front of her trying to calm her down by stroking her back and sometimes slapping too (Hey! Not in the mean way…you know what I mean right…when people choke others slap their back…so….). Soon Angad had both of his hands unknowingly on Kripa's cheeks, his fingertips were in Kripa's hair, and somewhere in between her ears were also maybe squashed under his palm. Angad was looking at her concerned. Kripa finally began to calm down, when she was almost coughing no more; both of them held their positions automatically; didn't move a nerve, stayed how they were and were looking at the other in their eyes surprised how close they were. Prithvi came back running with the glass of water but stopped at the door for a while and stared on…surprised at first but later started admiring. No matter how much he liked what was happening; Angad had his hands on Kripa's cheeks and they both were lost in each other, he was sorry that he had to spoil that little moment.
Prithvi: (coughs) Ahem Ahem.
It didn't take them long, they both realized, this time ACTUALLY REALISED, and quickly returned to the position in which they should have been; Angad standing and Kripa still on the bed.
No one said anything and both Angad and Kripa felt awkward and so that explained why their eyes were wandering, a little nervously, here and there.
Prithvi didn't like that silence; it was too common for scenes like the one just happened now, according to movies.
Prithvi (still leaning on the door) with his style asked them 'Uummm…Kya main poch sakta hoon yeh kya horaha tha?'
When no one answered he continued while walking towards them 'Oohhh (teasingly)…toh bhaiya yeh chup chup ke milne ka concept apne kaha se sikha? Hye…yeh love story toh mujhe bahut achi lagti hai but you guys didn't have to hide it from me at least. Mom aur dad se chupaya yeh main samjh sakta hoon lekin mujhe se…..I don't see a reason.'
Prithvi walked to them suspecting them. Prithvi, in a brotherly manner, slapped (just like patting) Angad's back a few times.
Prthivi: Congrats bro!! You found your girl and my bhabhi.
Prithvi then kneeled in front of Kripa while holding the glass of water, just like a knight in front of a queen and said while giving the glass to her (and talks like a knight) 'Bhabhi yeh lijiye…..'
Splash!!
Angad had just swung his hand and the glass broke into pieces while the water was all over the floor and Kripa's bed.
Kripa looked up stunned.
Prithvi started to ask astonished 'Bh…..'
Angad angrily shouted at Prithvi 'Prithvi what the hell are you even talking about? I can't believe my brother, Angad Khanna's brother talks crap. How can you even think about me and…' He glanced at Kripa and then back at Prithvi. '…Kripa. Prithvi you know very well that what Kripa is for me then why this crap. And one last thing Prithvi, I only came here because mom told me to, otherwise you know me and…' He looked at Kripa sternly. '…I'd be hell lot happier to be blamed, even mistakenly, to murder Kripa then being blamed to be in love with her. Understand that Prithvi? And I don't…' He faced Prithvi and pointed at him. '…ever want you to mistaken anything as such ever again. I don't care how deep your friendship is with Kripa but never ever, and I mean EVER, relate me with Kripa in any way and the very last thing for now I hate her a lot more than this and I'm not showing. And for that you both should be thankful!'
With one last glance at Kripa he walked out her room and went to his room slamming the door behind real hard. Kripa and Prithvi heard that. Prithvi saw a tear forming at the corner of her right eye.

Hey please do leave comments........they encourage me …….hope you liked it…..and when I was writing I felt really odd….at times I felt like it might sound like as if a 8 year old is writing…..I mean I have scenes in mind but I'm kind of not good at converting them to words…..lolz……but I'm only depending on you guys……..plz comment …and do tell me what do you think?
