Chandu whined and sat up in bed exactly 5 minutes into the makeout session, he had lifted her and tilted her sideways to be able to kiss her fully
She slid down achingly
"Hum dekhen? Tum jao so jao? he offered
"Apne bed par bhej rahe hain to soney thodi she dragged
He dragged himself away from her laughing hysterically
"Oh yes... I never thought of that... I thought you expected me to sleep on yours he kissed her cheek
"maasi Chandu groaned
He left her standing, she went to his bed and fell asleep immediately, when he joined her around an hour later, he made sure she faced him and her arms and legs securely imprisoned in his grip
"Haritt? she mumbled groggily
"Unless... Chandu does the same thing... yeah its me he growled nipping her lobe
They settled into steady breathing
Morning dawned way too early in her opinion
She was supposed to be in the kitchen at 5:30
But fighting him off took her extra few minutes
"I have to cook today she begged as he hovered over her body exposed in places with the rolled up tee and tiny shorts
"Avantikaaa he nipped her shoulder, and let his body absorb her slow shudder
"I am sorry he whispered thumbing the scar
"Jaayen hum? she asked
He inhaled various spots and rubbed his itchy growing jaw on her soft skin and feel back on the bed
She sat up shaken
Waking up by a man in bed was indeed delicious

He let his hand wander to the front

He buried his face in the spot she lay in and started to snooze again

He rolled over and looked at her with confused eyes, checked his iwatch..Whoa?
She giggled and walked away
"Avantikaaa he growled flinging a pillow in her direction
She was warming up to him he realized smiling into her pillow
And she had a wicked sense of humor to boot
She spent the next almost two hours chopping, kneading and toasting sooji for halwa, sneaking out to obsess over Chandu and his prep for the school day. She was a control freak everything had to happen acc to her satisfaction
Lakshmi did not do the cooking, just "assisted her
"Machhar hain kamre mein? Bahar rahe Harit unko taaji hawa chahiye, saara din khirki khuli rakhte hain, Lakshmi said sadly

"Nariyal ka tel aur haldi ka lep hai, dein aapko? she offered
"Zyaada to nahi hain Teeku looked at her baffled

Teeku looked utterly ashamed
"Umm... hum, I will... hum baad mein kuch laga lenge
"Apna khayal rakhen beta, nayi shaadi hai..., hamey koi baat aap kehne se darting hain to bhabhiyon ko kah dein, Harit unke liye bache hain... agar man maani karen to batawen, achha? she spoke softly
Teeku felt emotional at the earnest generosity
"Saari raat kaam karte hain kabhi, khaane ki bajai meetha kha lenge kabhi, aadmi ke haath khaana bhejen to shaam ko khaye bagair le aate hain. Apne kapre apni bistar pana samaan khud samet tey hain
Bahar rahe na, sab kaam aap hee Lakshmi appeared sad
"Khirki aap band kar dein aur koi data pade to hamey batayen Lakshmi offered

Suman walked in cheerfully to roll out the pooris, teased her about being nervous before "board exams
Lakshmi summoned Harit who was getting Chandu ready
The bhog happened shortly after

"Why? U don't feel good? he asked folding some potatoes into the poori wedge
"Umm... no... I feel good. But maybe it wont help much. Chandu might get better?
"He wasted 17 minutes wanting to tie his own laces... umm.. I don't think so Avantika he was exasperated "Did my mother talk to you? he asked suddenly raising his head
"Umm.. no... no she shook her head, her eyes giving away a clue
"She is unable to come to terms with it. Don't let her psyche you up he said firmly
He ate 5 pooris
"Harit kuch KAHEN Suman giggled
"Its great he raised a poori toast in his bhabhi's direction
"Kuch to inaam banta hai Harit Suman winked
She dragged Avantika closer to Harit
"Kya dilayen? he asked Avantika mischievously
"Hum to Rishu ko kahe, hamey yaad hai... ki ek hafta match dekhne neeche na jaayen Suman laughed
"Beta aap mahiney ka poochen Lakshmi urged
"I am.. I don't want anything Teeku mumbled
"Badey ghar ki jo rahin, sab kuch papa dilaye rahe Lakshmi was quite bummed
"Ma.. hamey jaldi hai... hum shaam ko behes karen? Harit grinned
He ran to his room and grabbed his messenger bag with his laptop, picked up Chandu
Walked over to her and whispered
"I would add salt to the aloo he whispered and walked away towards the stairs
