Diya's Index: Confusion Hi Confusion Hai

Wow, almost two years later... okay, but like, a year and nine months, who's counting?

(Me, girl who hates math but was given a Stats major for a mother and an accountant for a father, that's who)

Um, so, it's like 3:45 AM right now, and I have class in about 6-7 hours, but I thought, "huh, you know what would be awesome for me to do right now and ignore everything else that I need to do? VISIT IF!!! See, my procrastination skills and ability to make bad decisions have not changed a bit. Even though my GPA is downright embarrassing... eh, who cares about first semester of first year anyway? *casual shrug, as if I'm not spending thousands of dollars on tuition, and even though the government is paying for it now, I'm going to be paying these goddamn loans for the rest of my life*

That's a problem I'll look into in the next four years, when I make another index. What was I talking about again? OH! So, it's been a while since I've been here (hi, to the three people that actually give a crap about me and my word vomit), and those of you who read my PMs because you love me so, so very much, know exactly why I stopped posting here, and I'm not about to give you a recap, I would very much like this topic to stay open. *nervous chuckles*

I wanted to make another index because I want everyone to kind of/sort of/maybe/hopefully be on the same page here with me I'm not going to be posting on here anymore, at least writing wise (my hot mess, inappropriate, "good lord, she's actually an adult that can vote and legally drink in 3 provinces, personality is alive and kicking although I don't know for how long because university is trying to murder me, literally, high school was nothing, take me back there, just get rid of math and science and gym and all that other crap I don't like).

I'm assuming that there are a number of you that are on other websites such as Fanfiction.net, FictionPress, Archive Of Our Own, Wattpad, and even LiveJournal (which I'm still trying to get the hang of, so don't hold your breath on that one). That's where you can find me, and quite possibly the majority of my stories which I have actually decided to continue. Fandom: Dil Dosti Dance (I admit, I still have a soft spot for this show, it's where I first entered the world of shipping and fanfiction, so I probably just love the experience more than the show itself, lols) + Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan (wait for Season 2, it'll all make sense)

Chapters: 21 (I'm working on 22 as we speak, and snippets of it have been released on IF in my own special way)

Word Count: 114,299 (IT'S SO FUN TO EDIT YOU GUYS!!!)

Background: This story is the prime example of me taking on something I can't handle. It started out so simple I hated that everyone would pit these three wonderful women against each other, (evolution where you at?), and I just really wanted to explore their dynamic without Rey (except Rey's still here, but you know what I mean!). We never really got to see all of them together onscreen, because just the very thought of them genuinely liking each other would make people's heads explode y'all know it's true! But then, I got really into this story, I became so invested in each and every single one of these characters, even my OCs of whom I have many, and now it's just not even halfway done, except I've been working on it for like, three years now? Also, there's a Season 2, just shoot me, I don't deserve to be a writer or just a creative individual of any sort.

One Step At A Time

(Originally known as "D3 & Others: Mera Mann Kehne Laga Ki Pyaar Ho Gaya)

Summary: Taani Shekhawat doesn't know if she can ever love again. Reyaansh Singhania doesn't know if love is really worth all the pain and heartbreak it brings. Two broken souls who have given up on what they love most... and a gang of stubborn crazy people they refer to as friends who are willing to do whatever it takes for them to give this love thing another shot.

Chapters: 1 + Prologue (Guys, relax, there's more I'm just re-writing, I love this story!)

Word Count: 4,787

Background: I really liked the two songs Mera Mann Kehna Laga and Jo Pyaar Ho Gaya, so I decided to combine them and make a ridiculously long title for this story clearly, it was a terrible idea. I think the original concept here was to create a story where Rey's friends trying to find the perfect girl for him after his breakup with Kriya would mimic Taani's friends trying to find the perfect guy for her. This story has definitely gone through the most changes I personally feel, I even created an FYI page and everything. This was always meant to be a TR + OCs kind of fic, but then I was like, "the D3 has the potential to be wonderful, they're going to get just as much importance.

Background: This story first started out just as the summary suggests, it was a question, an idea, which I have thrown aside and picked up again countless times. The Evolution of BonBekah

Summary: Bonnie Bennett and Rebekah Mikaelson are both strong independent women who could tear the world apart together, thus they were kept apart. This story, brings them together.

Background: Just as the summary suggests, Bonnie and Rebekah were two of my most favorite characters in the TVD/TO verse, and it's a shame that they never got to interact because they could've done great things together. I didn't expect to love writing this story as much I do, but it's literally become my child which I have raised all on my own, aka, I have a very wonderful friend who is always ready and willing to help me with my work.

Well, I can't legally drink in Toronto, but if I went to Quebec right now, I could legally drink there. I gotta' wait till I'm 19 to drink where I actually live. Also, jsut move to Canada, we have free health care.
