Hahah Vani Thanks. I have tried burying myself into books too but I am unable to read fiction. I only seem to like Jhumpa Lahiri's books sadly. I know it feels like the same, her poetic explanation of Calcutta and Brahmaputra gets tedious but some how cant pull away😕

My favorite non fiction is Skyfaring Mark Vanhoenacker

I am a flying enthusiast my favorite website of all is Ariliners.net They have a forum just like India Forums where people talk about long haul planes and trip reports and altitude and polar flights and radars. When I am unable to go to it for a week at work, on the day I do my hand literally trembles over the mouse as the page loads and I spot a few posts from long haul pilots😆

I know... I think I might be strange🤣

I have read Skyfaring ten times. He writes about flying a twin engine wide bodied jet over the Atlantic like its poetry

He talks about flying over the Pacific at night, auto piloting, the controls, landing, deicing and I would run away with him if I could

I'm a big NatGeo fan ! My IG feed is fun of that. Darwinism/ Neo Darwinism gives me kicks.
When my buddy raved about Sapiens, the best seller, I rush ordered it. But completely deflated as the book glosses over the details. When I told this in my gang, everyone looked at me weirdly. Then I realized I was the minority in that subject.

There is a different side to everyone I guess 😆

What a fantastic hobby. I DID NOT KNOW. So so cool. When younger I did my share of stage performing. In fact my mother would refuse to pay the Rs.50 or Rs.100 because I wud always be doing a dance for annual day (I probably was terrible but no one told me)

In my initial days here I have danced on stage at my Desi less town until a Malaika Arora like item girl moved into town and she didnt like anyone that cudnt jiggle their stuff

I dont have much to jiggle so I let her do it

I'm not a dancer. Few stages performance I school counting 1-8. Otherwise I drag my second left foot.

My kids hate it. A drink doesn't get me high but the crazy dance numbers do. I just do for the heck of it in good company.
