Chapter 7

"No Arnav it's alright the club will be closing soon you can just drop me back. I'll go home with Haley and Payal, plus I completely forgot but me and Payal are meeting lavanya for breakfast tmrw early morning at her place since she's back." said khushi in her most convincing tone.

"I really don't wanna cause you any trouble anyways."she added hesitantly.

" oh my sweetie khushi there is no way I'm going to drive all the way back to the club now! We are way closer to my house and if you think I'm about to turn around and drive all the way back to the club and then back home then you are crazy. So if you don't wanna cause me any trouble then shut up and sit down." Arnav finished off with a small chuckle.

"But I... tomorrow..."

"You are forgetting Lavanyas place is pretty damn close to mine. Even if we left 20 mins after payal leaves you'll still be there early and I gotta hit the gym early tomorrow trying to get back into the routine before the tryouts start."

After being momentarily, and rightfully so, distracted by the idea of Arnav working out all sweaty in his sweatshirt or maybe even... shirtless... she regained her composure well about as much as she could and muttered a small "hmph"

This was happening there was no getting out of this they were going to have the spend the night alone at his house.

Soon after their conversation Khushi found herself getting out his SUV and entering the house through the garage.

Not a second later another realization hit her.

"Arnav my clothes... they are also at payals", here was a little sadness in her voice as she looked down at her dress, not wanting to ruin it by sleeping in it.

Even Arnav didn't see how the poor girl could sleep in something SO tight and stunning... highlighting all her gorgeous curves and that neckline was really testing his patience. Man why is it so hot in here he wondered feeling the temperature rising as he continued to examine her body from head to her toes.

Khushi who wasn't oblivious or Arnav's stare tried her best to not curl up and hide or blush. Enjoying his full attention she very tactically pushed out her chest just a little bit and enjoyed the saucers that had now become of Arnav's eyes.

"Hmm Arnav"

"Yeah?"

"Clothes?"

"Right! I'm sure I have something I'll be right back."

Seconds later he was back with a hand full of clothing for her to choose from.

"I wasn't sure what would fit so here are few things you can try."

After muttering a small thanks Khushi went inside the guest room to change into something a bit more comfortable.

To say that Arnav was dazed when he saw Khushi would be an understatement. He was sitting on the couch flipping through Netflix when out she came wearing his sweatshirt that was obviously too long for her and just grazed the top of her knees. He could tell from the bulk on her waist she had put on his boxer shorts... for now... he noted resentfully.

Giving her a small smile he asked with a hint of hope in his eyes, "tired?"

"Not really."

And not a second later Arnav's face broke into the biggest smile. "Well what you waiting for then join me." He said patting the seat next him to on the couch.

He watched as she sifted around the coffee table to move on to the couch and unfortunately or fortunately stubbed her toe on the table's leg making her land right on top of him.
